Was super excited about the new Eastside location after traveling to 82nd all the time. Highly disappointed. açaí bowls more than half the time I ordered are not full or with what seems like freezer burned açaí base. When trying to talk with owners and give constructive criticism, they think I’m just there to complain when I simply want what I am paying for ACCURATELY. The owner says I’m the only one who complains when I know in fact that is not true. The owner & I of 82nd and several employees have heard MANY complaints about this location. I wanted to keep my business there but will be going elsewhere since they don’t know how to properly handle customers or accept constructive criticism. Gladly will keep driving to 82nd street! Have had no complaints for a year!

I was excited about this location since it’s close to home. Its a total let down, It's nothing like the one on 82nd street. The granola is not even crunched up, it’s big pieces. If you want good açaí bowls go to the 82nd street location.

Mihirsh was super helped replaced my messed up order! They have new staff training and they reached out personally to fix. Good food and service always!
