I ordered the PB bowl and wish I had gotten the larger açaí bowl. The staff were really fast and I didn’t have to wait long. I was disappointed the juice machine was closed down 30 minutes before the store closed and I had to get a smoothie instead.

Unfortunately finding a good smoothie in Indianapolis can be tough after Natural Born Juicers closed down. But the smoothies here are pretty good. they are absolutely pricy ($9 before tip) and the service is always lacking. Don't expect to even get a glance from them when you tell them to have a good day

I absolutely LOVEE these acai bowls.. everytime i get them they taste so good & ive probably had around 10 since the beginning of may (okay im big anndd?!) but they are actually amazing the girls that i talk to are always so nice to me & my coworkers.. always smiling & waving at us.. i always the pb bowl w no nibs extra pb.. LOVE IT EVERYTIME!! keep doing what youre doing..

The best acai bowls I ever had! The sorbet base of the acai bowls has a delightful creamy texture with a crisp taste. Not mixing anything else to the base retains the slight astringent taste of plain acai rather a soupy base that's overtly sweetened with other mixins.
You can taste the cocoa flavor in their raw cocoa/hazelnut butter and it's nothing like the commercially available spreads that are mostly sweet, oily, and smell faintly of chocolate.
After having acai bowls at multiple joints in different towns, this is pretty much my gold standard for acai and I can't help but compare if the others measure up to theirs.

The people were not friendly and the wait was extremely long for no reason. I didn't even get bananas on my traditional acai bowl with no explanation. Disappointed in the overall service of my overpriced 12 oz. acai bowl.Thank you for your response. I changed the ounce size on my review. I appreciate the correction. I commented to your staff about the weather and how nice it was outside. I said I hope they can get out there to enjoy some of it, while I was paying. No response. I do want to add that I came there around 3:30p and counted 5 people behind the counter with possibly another in the back during a time of day when it was slow. I've been there during the busy times, like lunch, and had to wait, but understandably. My wait time was not due to multiple customers. That would have been acceptable. I sat patiently for almost 15 minutes and did not get what I wanted. I didn't even get a kind response when I asked where the spoons were. It was almost as if it was a problem that they had to respond. The gesture was cold and there was no eye contact. I even gave a tip and commented on how cute the miniature animals were on top of the tip jar. No response. Sadly, it wasn't just one person that was rude. I understand that the bananas may not have been ripe. That happens. It was the lack of communication for me, on top of the lack of customer service. I'm not just dropping by. I am also driving there, fighting traffic, fighting thru the construction, paying for parking and choosing to spend my money there. I'm not looking for anything from this review other than to create awareness around customer experiences in establishments where money is exchanged.

Laidy was rude, we ordered then cocoa açaí bowl it was super expensive and not worth the wait. $10.00 for a small cup is absolutely not worth it!
