Indy Brewery Exploration – Stop #7: Upland FSQ Brewery (Indianapolis, IN)

Upland FSQ Brewery was an awesome stop—really cool space with a fun, energetic vibe. There’s a huge selection of beers and food options, making it a great spot to hang out for a while.

I went for the Dragonfly IPA and the Double Dragonfly, both excellent choices with strong, hoppy flavor and a clean finish. Definitely a highlight of the Indy brewery circuit.
We love the fact that burger preparations can be done with black bean patties and with bison. Salad dressings are especially good, and menu choices are extensive. Parking is easy, and the location is very convenient.
Beer and food were great, service was awkwardly poor. We had our food and drink orders taken, and then once we got our food no one checked on us. There was one server on our side of the bar (3 people total) but he was busy having a conversation with a person for over an hour. We didn’t get more drinks and we had to ask someone else about our check. We were there to watch a football game and would have stayed longer but since we were ignored we moved on.
