OMG - unbelievable bad food. One person had the Salmon. About 3/4 inch thick and dry. Fish and chips same. Thin and try. Everything over cooked. Bacon slices severed basically raw. Waitress forgot one meal entirely.

Well, I've been to upland four times now. I've tried something different on the menu every time. I am pleased to say, I love it. The food is outstanding. The bartender Amber, is a doll.

Kaira with Offline - My Dad and I ate lunch here. The smoked wings were delicious. They do have a chili BBQ sauce on them. We weren't expecting the pickled veggies, but I enjoyed them also.

My Dad had the smoked pork chop. It was a good size and came with 2 sides. My Dad said it wasn't as tender as he would of liked. He has some partials in his mouth, so take that info as you may. 😆 Overall, he said it was good.

I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. The seasoned fries were delicious. The pulled pork was alright. I felt it could of been seasoned more. I put bbq on it to help it along. Lol 😄 Overall it was decent.

I would return to try more menu items.

AC was out, service was terrible. Broken high chair, no crayons for their paper kids menu, and overall terrible experience. I hope they get it together.

I must've gone at a bad time for you all. You would think middle of the week wouldn't be THAT busy, and it really wasn't, and yet, here I am writing about why I was so disappointed with my most recent visit.

Our server was friendly enough and chatted with us for a bit but we barely saw him after that. We had to flag him down to get more water (I finally had the good sense to ask for a pitcher of water since our server was, well, distracted.) I ordered some pretzel bread sticks. The most exciting thing about that wasn't actually the bread sticks, but the dipping sauce that came with it. Our server came back with some drinks and asked us if we wanted to order any entrees. I ordered the mac and cheese and my friend ordered the wings. My friend got his wings. I never got my mac and cheese. We had a movie to catch so we had to get out of our seats and find our server. We finally found him and got our bills. I asked our server about my mac and cheese and he insists that he put the order in. I made him take off the mac and cheese that I had ordered and never received.

Am I being really petty and trivial over a lost order of mac and cheese? I was hoping to try it with my breadsticks, but instead I got nothing, so yes, I'll never know how good your mac and cheese is.

I guess I just have to sit at the bar if I want to get some service at your joint.

Your servers were distracted on Wednesday 7/16, and when I was paying for my disappointing bread sticks, I picked the red thumbs down option.

Food and drinks were good. Server messed up multiple checks so ended up having to pay a lot more than we should have (put the wrong items on the wrong tabs, didn't know who ordered what, etc.)... oh well....

It was a great place but now it is a dump. Sad to see this happened. Sloppy service and sloppy food on a weekend night at 6pm, could tell from loss of customers anyway. Understaffed and unwelcoming service. Worst but not least, surcharged the amount I didn’t order. Had to call my bank and filed a dispute. Never again.

Thanks for replying manager. It was not busy at all. There were only 2 customers indoor when I walked in, probably one table outside, but only 1 waitress was working, and she was very lost.

The staff goes beyond above to give us the best experience. They are sometimes short staffed but still give their all. The bartenders are fabulous. Get to know them. Especially like Amber and Celia

It's always fun to eat here. Except today the server who served us was very young, I don't care kinda person. But then Sheila picked our moods right up as we were ready to leave. The Margherita pizza was on point and the parmesan fries are a hit. Don't forget to get the garlic aioli.

Absolutely unbelievable the food was delicious. It’s just the best lunch I’ve had in Carmel. I hope management Can keep the Chef team because it’s absolutely unbelievable

Excellent food, my son loved the BBQ pizza, I thought the Nashville hot was fantastic. Service was attentive and friendly, really impressed!
