I ordered a cake over the phone for my daughter's birthday. They took my description and created a beautifully designed cake that tasted even better!
When we went to pickup the cake, the store had an amazing variety of treats. I do plan to go back soon to get some cupcakes.

The lady who works here and decorates the cakes and cookies is super nice. The cookies are delicious. I didn't get anything else on this visit.

Grabbed their weekend cupcake special with Vanilla, vanilla bean, vanilla raspberry, cookies and cream, chocolate eclair and lastly chocolate caramel.
The cupcakes are fresh & moist even served the next day, the icing felt too sweet for me.

They did a wonderful job on my wedding cake and cupcakes! I highly recommend them for custom cakes! The owner was also able to re-create a Cookie Monster cake! It was beautiful!

Wow, wow, and wow! We were in town for a short 5 night stay to watch our grandchildren while our son and Dil had taken a birthday trip to Austin, Texas.During their absence, we pulled together a surprise Austin Texas birthday party. Thanks to Jim & Kristy at Vanilla Bean for creating this master piece of a cake! It is exactly as I had imagined and more.The craftsmanship was on point! The customer service was over the top. It was a very pleasant experience with nice people. We highly recommend Jim & Kristy and truly truly appreciate them being there at the right time.Our Dil was soooo surprise, not so much for the party, because the grandkids gave it up as soon as they got home. But... she had no idea what the cake looked like.When she saw the cake she couldn't take her eyes off of it. Taking pictures at every turn. She thought the cake was one of the most amazing cakes she had ever seen!It truly was! Thanks again, Jim & Kristy, for making our special moment completely unforgettable ❤️

Great customer service! Ordered a cake for my mom's 60th bday. I was stuck in traffic on my way to get the cake and was extremely late in picking it up (way after hours). They were so kind and waited for me to get there. The cake was delicious and we'll be going back again soon!

Always great. Always fresh. Fresh icing is put on cupcakes when you order.

We are so happy we chose to work with Kristy and the entire Vanilla Bean team for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We were blown away with how genuine and kind Kristy and the entire staff were throughout the entire process. Kristy was available for any questions and they even took on a large addition to the order one week before the wedding without a second thought or any trouble. They delivered for us on the day-of and were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Not to mention that the cupcakes were delicious! Thank you for making our day seamless and sweet!

Update the hours on your website. Made the trip for nothing and ended up paying way more, Id rather have given my money to you.
