They did a wonderful job on my wedding cake and cupcakes! I highly recommend them for custom cakes! The owner was also able to re-create a Cookie Monster cake! It was beautiful!

Wow, wow, and wow! We were in town for a short 5 night stay to watch our grandchildren while our son and Dil had taken a birthday trip to Austin, Texas.During their absence, we pulled together a surprise Austin Texas birthday party. Thanks to Jim & Kristy at Vanilla Bean for creating this master piece of a cake! It is exactly as I had imagined and more.The craftsmanship was on point! The customer service was over the top. It was a very pleasant experience with nice people. We highly recommend Jim & Kristy and truly truly appreciate them being there at the right time.Our Dil was soooo surprise, not so much for the party, because the grandkids gave it up as soon as they got home. But... she had no idea what the cake looked like.When she saw the cake she couldn't take her eyes off of it. Taking pictures at every turn. She thought the cake was one of the most amazing cakes she had ever seen!It truly was! Thanks again, Jim & Kristy, for making our special moment completely unforgettable ❤️

Great customer service! Ordered a cake for my mom's 60th bday. I was stuck in traffic on my way to get the cake and was extremely late in picking it up (way after hours). They were so kind and waited for me to get there. The cake was delicious and we'll be going back again soon!

Always great. Always fresh. Fresh icing is put on cupcakes when you order.

Kristy was available for any questions and they even took on a large addition to the order one week before the wedding without a second thought or any trouble. They delivered for us on the day-of and were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Not to mention that the cupcakes were delicious! Thank you for making our day seamless and sweet!

Update the hours on your website. Made the trip for nothing and ended up paying way more, Id rather have given my money to you.

Not only are these cupcakes delicious (I took some to a graduation party last month), they can get ready a dozen cupcakes in about 10 minutes, 20 minutes before closing, when you have a "cupcake emergency". Thank you so much for helping me out. The cupcakes are beautiful!

If you call ahead, they can do sugar free cupcakes!! Best bakery ever!

Always love going here and seeing what is available behind the counter. Staff is always so nice and helpful. We order a somewhat large order a couple times a year for work events and Vanilla Bean has NEVER failed us!! Hard working and caring staff. The cupcakes are always beautiful and delicious.
