I wrnt there this morning, This place has the best food around Airport and friendly hospitality made me felt like home, the wonderful people there, we were all lip syncing on the radio country songs. I will definitely come back for sure.

I came kind of late so the dining area was closed and I had to order at the takeout window.
I ordered a burger and it was good. Once ordering, I had to wait about 20 minutes for the food to be ready.
The burger was a good size and it was very flavorful.

Waited nearly an hour for my meal. Ordered sunny-side-up eggs and received them still raw- ridiculous considering how long we waited for them. The woman at the window argued that that was how I ordered them there was nothing wrong with them. This same woman barely acknowledged us and then acted like she couldn't hear us while she had an earbud in her ear. She tried to tell us the only way we could get a refund was to come back tomorrow when the manager is in. I live over 2000 miles away and told them that wasn't going to work because I do not live here. What looked the be the head line cook stepped in and de escalated the situation and got the manager on the phone to help us. Kootoos to him for stepping jn and handling the situation. As a former server ive never met a waitress who had as little customer service as she did. Thank you to the cook and the manager for getting this resolved but the employees need some re training.
Also! If you order online they automatically charge you 20% more to compensate the servers but they dont advertise that on the website when they ask you how much you want to tip.

Driving through on. A trip and we decided to try waffle House for the first time and this location the cashier was rude and had a ear buds in but then complained about not being able to hear and then we got our food and it was under cooked the pork was still pink the hash browns where cold and the eggs weren't cooked all the way through won't be eating here again

Stopped by for the first time coming back from Indy. Excellent food, great prices, the server was attentive and professional (sorry I didnt get your name, was about 3pm Oct 1st) the cook was concise, made sure everything was right, and didnt do anything unsanitary which is a plus.
