They did not give me all my order. You can’t call anyone so I had to drive all the way back there to discuss my missing food. We did not receive any utensils to eat with. It’s a terrible way to run a business when you have no way of speaking with anyone in the company to address concerns. I will NOT go to Waffle House again. If I do it will not be the Southport Road location

Received some best customer service here because from the door to my exit I was well taken care of. I ordered the AllStar Breakfast and wasn't disappointed. 8.5. The waffle was fluffy, and buttery plus cheese eggs, bacon, grits with raisins toast (apple butter) spread. All hitting. The people were very welcoming making sure I was good throughout my visit...minus the hiccup with the register at the end (no fault to them) it was a notch service. Overall my next trip down I will definitely tap in and grab a bite in 8.8.

I was riding up on my motorcycle as temperatures were dropping around me and when I finally had to pull over in the middle of the night they were immediately welcoming. Jessica asked me if I was ok and greeted me with kindness before even worrying about any official order. She got me a tea that became part of my meal with her suggestion of peanut butter and blueberry waffles (if you need a new idea, TRY THAT). She kept the atmosphere light with Jesse and one other who I never caught their name. They had a small cosmetic issue with the first waffle, so minor I wouldn't have even cared, but they remade it and gave me a better waffle just because they cared. As far as waffle houses and just in general places to visit, this one's not a bad choice!
