This is a store that I stop into on my way home if I need something. It's not my normal shopping store. The store is not laid out well, not well signed. It's difficult to find items and good luck finding an associate working to help.

Only reason this gets a high stars is to make sure it seen. We waited TWENTY MINUTES trying to get an attendant to help us because they locked up all the baby formula. FOUR SEPERATE EMPLOYEES walked RIGHT BY US and didn't say anything. 3 of them didn't even have anything in their hands. Poor service. This isn't even the first time I've had problems here. Would recommend never going there 10/10. Never going again neither.

First time I visited here and it was not busy. Even the employees were friendly and helpful. Walmart employees are never helpful here and are usually talking loudly to one another and/or on their phone. I even received a hello and smile from a couple of workers. This time I almost felt like I was in Meijer. I pray this is only the beginning of bettering their customer relation experiences. Walmart gets too much money from consumers to be so "ratchet".

It would be nicer if a lot of the employees didn't just follow you around the store. It seems like most times we go were followed by employees. Both around the store and hovering right behind and in front of the check out lane. It's so weird and uncomfortable. We've never given them a reason to follow us, as I'm sure most other guests haven't, but it seems due to theft they just follow anyone around the whole time. Definitely don't shop here if you have social anxiety because they'll push it to the max and make sure you're aware. I understand preventing product loss but train your employees better.

We normally order from brownsburg or Avon but I’m gonna start shopping at this store because of the great service I just received!!!!! Great experience just had the most polite employee bring out my groceries. (Maryann Johnson) I had to get her name to give her recognition ......keep up the good work young lady! This is the first time ever that I have received all of my items exactly as ordered she even took the extra time to go to the back and hunt down a specific item and she didn’t know it but that item was the one thing my wife specifically wanted most because all of the other stores are out or forget to bring it all together. Maryann showed just how much she cares about her work by the great customer service the quality of her work , she stacked groceries nicely in my vehicle and did it all in a timely fashion with a great attitude. I wish every younger employee had such a great attitude and work ethic Thank you again Maryann and thank you Walmart for hiring a great employee and for a great experience!

I don't care for lost prevention following me around to the point he almost plowed into me. I worked for Wally World 25 years ago, so I know who they are. There must be a lot of "shrinkage" at this location because loss prevention here is very aggressive in their attempt to apprehend thieves. That's all well and good, however, that's far from my character and I find it harassing when shopping for cat litter and cat food. I post Google reviews, so I observe everything! Have a good day!

Some of the staff are really polite, but most really aren't. You would think they would be more helpful but some of them don't even know where their own stock is... Either way I'll give them a 3.

They all but one item that I needed. And was easy getting in and back out again for a Saturday I was surprised.

This place is terrible. There's always a problem at self-checkout. This morning, their customer service rep had no idea how to fix the scanner I was using as it was stuck on "you need permission to scan that item" -- which was a Valentine's card! Her supervisor finally fixed it and it happened again--so I walked out and I'm never going back. It's a shame too, because it's right next door to where I live. But it's obvious that no one cares at this location---carts left everywhere in the parking lot, items dumped from other disgruntled shoppers line the shelves in every aisle, and although the employees always look busy, there's no one to help when there's a problem. I'm going to stick to Kroger or better yet--Amazon Fresh and have it all delivered free to my door from now on!

My family just moved to the area and the good thing about this Walmart is its convenient. When we first started going here I was shocked on how many people don't know how to drive, park, push carts into the designated cart area or even have manners. I'd say hi, smile or even try to start a conversation with the workers/cashiers and they just looked at me like I spit in their coffee. People park in front of the store where it clearly says "no parking". People stop in the front because they see someone they know and have to talk to them and stop all traffic. There is a security guard there at night and one night I passed him as I left and I kid you not he smelled like he just hot boxed his car and went to work. I'm all for marijuana but a rent a cop that smelled of it does not make me feel safe. Some of the cashiers are slow, rude or lazy but I have been lucky enough to get a few good ones. For the most part I do self check out to avoid any situations that would trigger annoyance. As for the store itself they are not always well stocked. So you are taking a 50/50 chance on the things you need. Thankfully, for me,2 out of 10 has been my luck.

I came in today for a few items a older lady name Ms Evelyn help me find some candy that I was looking for she was very helpful and went above and beyond her job I am a stickler for great Customer service anyone who knows me knows that. The only problem I have with this store is they did not have any cashiers the only lines that were open were Uscans which was ok but if a person has a cart full of groceries there should be at least one line open.

Deli worker is rude. Unhelpful and racist against white people. This whole store is disgusting.
