Walmart is super clean & well stocked which we appreciate!

Can't get them to answer phone and when they do they put me on hold then hang up on me

Worst Walmart I ever been to ., the customer service is trash.!!!!

Scanned one item for purchase and placed it in one of the bags provided. Before being able to pay, I was accused of being a thief. Hire people to man the check out lanes and you won't have any excuse to make false accusations towards paying customers. No one qt the store was willing to put me in contact with the store manager. Was given a dozen different excuses as to why they wouldn't talk to me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. One star better than they deserve

After the remodel, the store is much more pleasant and the staffing and stocking seems to be better as well. I've never been a Wally hater and plenty of folks won't shop there at all because of many reasons, and that's their gig, but I will continue to go for groceries, auto supplies and tires.

The lines are ridiculously long

the store employs too many lazy teens. i went to customer service to get locks removed from my clothes and the little girl literally would not get off of her phone to take them off. when she finally did, she made a mean mug like we were ruining her day by actually having to work.

Wish it wasn't primarily a self check out other than that normal good experience!

Crappy store, customer service is non existent..

I get in and out very quickly, and I always find everything I need. I would love to see more happy faces from helpers. Overall, you'll get 5 stars from me??

Walmart+ has been very affordable and convenient for me.

This is the worst Walmart you can go to buy, you ask for assistance and they are never there to give you the product you need, you have to spend hours waiting for the service

Expect to at least spend an hour or more in line waiting

** updated review** 10/13/24 the store has been slightly renovated and the inside is nicer however the demographic of customers is mostly immagrints and they are very rude. The store is always extremely busy and just ghetto. The store has went from bad to worse. Lawerence has become a dumping ground and this store reflects that.

** previous review**grocery pickup situation at this store is horrible! You cant ever check in on the app you have to call and hope someone picks up the phone then be prepared to wait up to an hour for someone to bring your groceries out. I've had ppl pull up several minutes after me get there groceries before me. And let's not talk about the out of stock items...theres been times where almost half my order was supposedly out of stock. The pickup model needs an overhaul and better staff.
