Wheelchair accessibility: The floorplan is open. Most seating is booths but there was a set of standard tables. The entry wasn't too bad; had I needed to navigate a wheelchair it would have been doable.

Very much wanted to like this place, and my partner and I both kept trying to make things work, as neither of us like leaving negative reviews if we can help it, but we didn't even finish our food. My biggest issue is the sauces they used, the Sriracha was already low quality and tasted like tomato paste with a little Sriracha mixed in, on theme for the super watery soy sauce, and a white sauce that I assumed to be some kind of yumyum, but I'm confident was actually garlic parmesan.

The walls were covered in drippings from foodstuff, and the bathroom I went into was not clean at all. I'm really not one to criticize bathrooms in general, they're bathrooms (especially at an ayce), they're gonna be gross, but walking in before my meal was a huge mistake already with a wastebin very full of very obviously used toilet paper. I'm not even getting into the walls, the sink, or the stalls.

It also took well over 20 minutes for anyone to see us, which I usually also try to be very understanding as there are other customers obviously, but even after being handed a menu and filling that it, waiting the rest of the 15 just for our server to hand us a filthy (and I do mean filthy, sacrificed the singleply napkin i had to wipe off a pretty noticeable droplet of sauce, but the screen was still pretty sticky) tablet to redo our order, not being able to find 3 of the 7 items we had originally planned on with the laminated menu. (Potentially on us, but we both have a good amount of experience with cash registers from previous jobs)

I've never had a miso soup that I thought needed as much help as the one we ordered, it was pretty tasteless, so I added soy sauce, and then tasted it, added a little more, until I get to the point where this miso is a good 33% soy sauce (I'm someone who likes their soy sauce too, don't get me wrong, some of this probably is because of my tastes) before I just set it aside.

I ordered the shrimp tempura, which was cooked okay, but a little chewey and bland, even with its sauce.

The sushi itself was fairly good; if I had pushed some of the sauce off a littler earlier in the meal, I may have eaten more of it, but the 2 and 3 pieces, respectively, both came with the aforementioned garlic parmesan tasting sauce that honestly made both my partner and I a little nauseous and just not want to order a second round, much less dessert, much less the sweet potato rolls that didn't come with the sauce.

This may be a little unfair to include in my own review, so please forgive me if so, but we also overheard the booth behind us with their own issues related to the octopus, which we opted out of after.

Overall, trying this place out was kind of a low note to end a day out on, I wish the business and staff better luck in the future, but I don't think we'll be coming back here again.

Food was okay. Bathroom was disgusting. Service was slow, took forever to get my food and most of my party had ordered, eaten and was ready to pay by the time I got mine.

Regularly locks doors 2-3 hours before posted close time, with customers still inside… fairly sure that’s illegal, but laws may have changed since my time in food service. Restaurant itself is a bit dirty, but you’ll probably be fine… not sure who said it was wheelchair accessible, we had a hard enough time with a walker, but this also may have changed…

All.you can eat is nice. I have empathy for the people who work there, their environment deserves better. And that tank in the front is disgusting, I felt so bad for the single live fish gulping for oxygen. I'd give him a fit home immediately for his sake.

Like I said, I have empathy for everyone working there. You all deserve better.

The food and price are stellar. Unfortunately our server never really checked on us unless we waved her over, and one of our sushi orders took well over a half hour for 4 rolls to comewert, even though there was only people at 3 tables.
We didn't mind because the food and price are good.

This place was awesome! When you sit down at your table you order from an iPad and they just bring out whatever you order to your table. At one point a robot server came out with all of our rice, that was pretty cool, the kids loved it! The sushi was amazing! I can't wait to go back!

Was told by the waiter that my daughter and her friends (13) would get the kids menu price (I asked and he said yes, I don’t think he knew what I was asking) and then found out at checkout I had to pay $24/person to take my daughter and her friends when I would have left if I’d have know. It was going to be that much.
When I checked out I asked about the charge and the lady at the card machine said kids must be 10 or younger for the discounted all you can eat price and offered ZERO resolution for my overcharge. I LOVE WATAMI SUSHI, but I will NEVER eat here again because I was lied to and obviously upset upon checkout but no resolution was offered to make it right. The food is fantastic, but $140 for three teenage girls and a dad and trying to let them have a good day before going back to school is ridiculous, especially since it wasn’t during a dinner rush or anything, we were the only ones there for the vast majority of our meal.
Eat here at the risk of your own wallet…terrible customer service.

Kid-friendliness: Beware, they will tell you that your kids qualify for the discounted AYCE but then will charge you full
Price and essentially laugh when you ask why… terrible customer service…
