The cleanliness was poor and I could easily tell that things had been missed. It smelled of smoke and had a low selection for breakfast, it was just cereal. The help desk was nice though. If I hadn't paid for two nights upfront, I would have moved hotels the second night.

These hotels are actually cheap and worth the price. $60 a night was it bad in a great experience overall. no noise complaints and friendly employees. This is my new favorite hotel that I’ve came across Best on the west side best in speedway.

The hotel was under renovations which was not disclosed to us upon making the reservation. The rooms were dirty, appliances didn't work, staff was arguing on personal phone calls while we were waiting to check in. We were given 2 towels for 3 people, one bed had no blanket, breakfast was done and put away before 9am and we were charged multiple deposits during our stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions. Two of which, I reserved a king sized room only to be told upon check-in that there were no more king sized rooms available and was placed in a double on both occurrences. Their website as well as all third party sights continues to show h these rooms as available.

If you want to avoid having to lay in bedding from the last guest, toilets that do not flush, & room filled with roaches I would say STAY AWAY!! You will not get your money back or any help! They dc !!!

The carpet was wore out needed to replace the fixtures were out of date the linen was clean but dirty looking it smelled musty The staff was very helpful and polite if you could remodeled this facility and keep the staff this would actually be a nice place to stay

I had called the front desk and spoke to the GM Nakesha approx 9 am on the day of our arrival and requested an early checkin she said they did not have early check in at that location. I explained to her that we were Platinum members and that it was one to the benefits of our membership. She told me to call back at 12:30. We arrived at the location and our room was not ready and had not even started to be cleaned. We also had requested a ground floor room and she said there were none available, I spoke to the housekeeper cleaning a king size room on the first floor and she said that it was available just as soon as she cleaned it. Long story short we were treated as an imposition, lied to about room availability and we were given a room on the second floor at 2pm. the room smelled and had iron burns on the carpeting. Guest satisfaction is not very important at this Ramada. We will not be returning

Stayed here this past weekend and all i can say is " Don't do it " I will never be staying here again, and do not recommend anyone else does either. It should not be geared to corporate rentals..................

Disgusting from the word go. Stains everywhere. Free leftovers in the room fridge from the guests before. Slept on top of the covers and on the edge of the bed. Lipstick on the sheets. Mystery stain on the comforter. Looks like people lived there for an extended period and vacated shortly before I came in. Run far away from this place after you demand a refund.

This hotel is often used to host Swingers parties ..hundreds of people and you came use your imagine what happens here !!! It Dirty !!! Its muggy ..its smelly ..its not clean..not much more I can add!!!

I've stayed alot of places across the world and this place without a doubt is the WORST! Within the first 5 mins of being in the room I killed five cockroaches, two spiders, there's random holes in the walls, stains on the carpet, sheets and pillow cases. Gross gross gross!!!!! The only reason we stayed is because it was midnight and we had no where else to go that late. This place should be shut down and rebuilt, or charge $20 a night, NOT $160!! If I could get a refund I totally would. Absolutely disgusting, do NOT stay here!

This hotel was nice to me and affordable. Aside of them chargeing me twice and a $50 deposit I was not told about 200 taken from my traveling funds .used my room key on the side door then it wouldn’t work at my room door

This hotel deserves negative stars. This is an ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, OVER PRICED, and COMPLETELY MISMANAGED HOTEL. 1. At the check in itself, I was told to drive/walk to another area to get into the hotel. The instructions were completely vague and after wasting some time, I had to come back to the reception to ask more specific directions. 2. At the public entrance to the rooms area, it was obvious that the hotel has not been maintained for a while and has fallen into disrepair. The entrance areas were full of cobwebs, grossly dirty, with trash lying everywhere. 3. As soon as we entered through the public doors, the stench hit us, and we were greeted by filthy and sticky carpet which was torn at places. 4. The central courtyard of the hotel was occupied by workmen who seemed to be cutting some trees, and the noise from their machines and saws made any rest impossible. 5. Only one of the elevators appeared to work. 6. The carpet in the room was grossly dirty and sticky. The bed linen was visibly stained. Many of the lamps did not work. AC was broken and there was no way it could be adjusted. Trash (perhaps from a previous guest) was lying on the floor. The phone in the room did not work. 7. The toilet seat was stained. Taps/faucets did not work properly. Specifically, there was no way to adjust water temperature and the sink faucet gave only boiling water. 8. We came back from a social event around 11:30 PM. The doors in the public entrance areas were not locked raising a huge security concern. Then our room key did not work. When I called the front office, I was told I will have to come to the front office because there is no one to bring the keys to me. I, along with my wife, had to walk out of the hotel again, pick up the car from the parking area, drive to the reception area, park the car again, and walk to the receptionist. Notwithstanding that, the attitude of the receptionist, at that hour of the night, was singularly condescening and unpleasant. This was the last straw for us. I was already concerned about health and safety of myself, my family, and our belongings, and on top of it I recieved this most negative customer service. 9. I checked out in the middle of the night, because I realized that I and my family are NOT SAFE here. 10. I was charged over $125.00 for this FILTHY room where there was direct threats to my health, safety, and well being. Perhaps I should have read the reviews before booking. Instead, I relied on the brand name of Wyndham and Ramada, which was a huge error in retrospect.

This was the dirtiest and most gross place I`ve ever seen for a hotel. Trash everywhere, stained carpets throughout the hallways. Broken ac in the room. Rude customer service at front desk. We checked out within 5 minutes of checking in, I was told a refund would be issued. No refund. I called them again and was told the same thing. I then called the cooperate number and was given back to the hotel that is giving me the runarounds. Will never stay with Wyndham hotels again. Stick with IHG

Black mold in bathroom, curtains couldn't close, light fictures hanging out of ceiling, TV remote did not work, lights out and bathroom fan inop, rooms were filthy, beds looked like a child made them, holes in the roof out side, fascia was falling off along with the gutters.
