Every time I go here it’s a problem with the card reader , the staff , the food and attitudes are always bad mostly the closing shift partially 2nd and mostly 3rd I’m confused on how they still open at the location in general the food is always like warm missing items as well

They only have chocolate frosties every other day or so “because the machine is broken.” This has been going on for months.

I understand that online orders and the drive thru take precedent, but to have a line in your store that is 15 people deep waiting for 20 minutes shows poor leadership.

This review is not necessarily reflective of the only person working front of house, as they were tasked with handling mobile, electronic in-person, as well as delivery orders, but SOMEONE needs to be ready to keep another avenue of the business running.

Poorly managed, and I will not be going back.

Three stars because you obviously get what you pay for and that’s on me. But every time I go here they’re out of chocolate frosties. How does this happen so often that a random customer could have it happen 4 times in 2 weeks? Weird. But again, my fault because I kept going back, because damnit I wanted a CHOCOLATE frosty lmao still on the hunt.

This place is horrible at night. Went there last night ordered my food through the app. Get to the drive thru no answer, pull up to the window no answer, but guess what the workers are in there just looking through the window but never came to answer or give me my food. That was the worse service ever. Will not be back.

I live in minutes from here and prefer to drive further to get better quality of service and a quicker delivery of food

Drive thru person gave was rude giving me attitude. I swear I thought she was about to have a fit like I get you work at a fast food place but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to customers. My fries were cold when I got my food I’m never going back to this Wendy’s ever again. I looked at my receipt girls name was Rosetta never going back because of just her.
