Wendy's on Thompson Road has recently undergone new management, resulting in a noticeable improvement in all aspects of the restaurant. The food is served nice and hot, and the manager is friendly. Despite a previous bad reputation, the staff goes above and beyond to correct any mistakes, especially if approached in a nice and polite manner. The sandwiches are put together perfectly, resembling those in commercials, although the service might be slow at times.
