They were very dead...customer wise, but food was great and actually fast. Employees seem like a great team!!! The positive team makes everything better. The employees are actually helpful and multi faceted. I will make this my Wendy's when I want Wendy's! Hope someone reads this because it is true.
I've never been impressed by the Wendy's on Thompson'road...Last week gave them a chance .the food was nice and hot ...the manager was nice and friendly...turns out that the Wendy's on Thompson'road has new management...and you could truly tell in all aspects of the restaurant...it's had a bad reputation...give it a chance...
I had made an order online so I went to this Wendy’s location and picked it up. Well, I get home (I didn’t check it prior to leaving) and I found out that they had messed up the order. So my wife sends me back (thankfully me), and I go and get it corrected. When I went there, I approached them in a (key word) nice and polite manner, and they were more than willing to get the order right.
