Anytime I go there they are always out of something. This time they were out of fries, spicy nuggs, cookies, mayo, and drink carriers. The worst part is the horrible customer service.

The staff is always rude and you always have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to take your order. Then wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get cold food. All this while I am the only car in the drive thru.

Either the store manager can’t order what they need or the franchisee can’t afford to order what they need. This location needs to retrain everyone or just close down.

Ive stopped in here hundreds of times and the service and overall quality is horrible. Today marks my last visit. I drove up to the drive thru around 8pm and waited to order. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker and had to say "hello" twice. No one was in front of me for some time. The man whom took my order was over worked and you could hear his displeasure in his voice. But that's not why I'm leaving this review. After finally ordering, I was given no receipt and the manager whom finally gave me my food, handed me the wrong order. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken combo. I received a Dave's double combo. Not at all what I ordered. The manager shoved the food out the window and didn't even say "have a good evening" he slammed the window closed. I've an order i didn't want. So essentially I spent about $12 on cold fries and a root beer. 😕 I'm never going back. 😡

Idk if they were having a bad day but the cashier didn't seem to know how to take an order, then there 100+ drink machine only had 3 drinks in it and somehow you couldn't get a regular coke but you could get a peach coke?..... explain that one. Then my burger was so dry it tasted like beef jerky.

Ordered Doordash pickup from this location, when I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have my order in the system and refused to make it despite showing them proof of order confirmation. They were also out of chili, just about every drink, and the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Don't go to this location if you want to get what you order, or want anything at all, I guess.

I used to be a big fan of Wendy's now every time I order soda pop's from there they are straight up nasty like they don't even have a taste to them tastes all watered down

Pulled in, 3 workers all outside smoking/vaping. Got 4 things that should have been 2 for 7. Asked for them to be rang up at the 2 for 7, they only rerang 2 out of the 4 items. Girl working the drive through had a terrible customer service attitude, and when we asked for them to be rerang at the correct price we could hear another girl in the back ground going “OH MY GOD”.

No wonder no one else was eating there.

This store I had order chili, backed potato, and a spicy chicken sandwich with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. The only thing I received was a chicken patty and bread. Who ever works there needs to be fired. Don’t order from there or you will be disappointed.

I called to confirm if my doordash order went through and the female answering the phone immediately cut me off, advised I had to call doordash then hung up when all it takes is 10 seconds to look on her screen to make sure my order went through. Most rude woman I've ever experienced at a fast food joint.

This place is trash I did a order on the app and paid $31.89 only for them to tell me all they see is 2 kids meals I showed them the receipt they said they can’t do anything to call customer service for a refund so had to spend more money to get my other kid food

Went through drive up at 6:30 pm on Friday 12/6/24. Ordered 3 cheeseburgers with cheese and lettuce. Waited in line for 10 minutes and the only reason it wasn't longer was because 2 people in front of us gave up and drove away. Then we had to wait at the window for 5 minutes. The employee at the window was not friendly and did not give us a receipt. We received 3 cold cheeseburgers with greasy wrappers (greasy on the outside of the wrapper) and 1 very tiny piece of lettuce on each burger. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVERY GOING TO THAT WENDY'S AGAIN!!!

Drive thru worker extremely agitated that I chose wendys to eat at today then she was rude that I had to pull around and pay snatching the payment rolling eyes and not responding back when asked if I had told her what sauce we wanted, then the next window was the drive thru lady in a different form but I wasn't fooled because the horrible attitude and absolute refusal to acknowledge we want sauce with the nuggets which we left with no sauce and a rapidly closed window in the middle of asking for it gave her away but seriously every worker here is on a mission to sabotage this location so I'd avoid at all costs, we didn't eat the 2 meals we bought due to fear of what else might be going in here but no refund because I refuse to engage with ignorance and or drug dependant humans
