I leave reviews regularly, and this Wendy’s has been a problem over and over again. My boyfriend picks up DoorDash orders here, and every single time he arrives even when we’re parked right outside or just a couple minutes away, the staff claims the order has already been picked up, which is impossible.
On the times they don’t deny the order, they make him wait at least 20 minutes, even for small orders. There’s also one employee who always has an attitude and makes the pickup process way more stressful than it needs to be.
He picks up from many other Wendy’s locations and never has issues like this. This specific store really needs to improve honesty, speed, and customer service.

Came in for a carry out order. Staff were friendly, but service was slow.
I ordered 2 Jr cheese burgers with just lettuce and ketchup. Pretty simple.
There was no lettuce on either burger. I went back in to inform them. I was handed two small cups of lettuce.
Really? Now I gotta add my own toppings?
I eat Wendy's often. I always order the same thing. I have never been given toppings to add myself when they mess up.

I had an amazing experience at this Wendy’s! The woman who helped me was very patient, sweet, and communicative. She helped me direct the app to use my points, explained any up charges, and was very informative about the boo books and helped me buy one. My order was hot, fresh, and correct the first time!
Always have good things to say about the food and service of this location!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the service was so bad i feel like I would be screwing others over by not sharing my experience. I ordered two biggie bags for my daughters with root beer. I was the only person in the drive-through for 20 minutes. When I finally got my food, it was cold and the person at the window never gave me my drinks so I had to wait an additional 3 to 4 minutes to get her attention and give me my drinks. Everything about the experience was horrible. 100% would not recommend.
