Severely understaffed and broken equipment. Unable to give recites and after the order was placed and they found out they didn't have what was asked for they just put random crap into the bag without nothing to ask if it was acceptable.

So I just left here maybe 30 minutes ago ago and I must say everything was great it was clean the cashier miss Phyllis (I hope that’s correct) the food everything was awesome . The cashier was like family the cooks were smiling and welcoming I can in in a good mood and left in a even better one Thank you So Much To the entire team you guys rock ❤️🤞🏽

Drive thru 11/3/24, @1:45pm. My son and I both had double cheeseburgers. They were both LACED with hot sauce. Vinegar-based hot sauce. Poisoned by a rogue employee, or pranked by the whole crew? I'd like to hear the manager's explanation. It was funny because we were joking while unpacking the order about what part of the order they screwed up. Imagine our surprise when we realized that the order appeared to be perfect. ...then we bit into the poisoned burgers...
