Worst location ever these goofy mfs gave me “baconator” fries with no melted cheese and yes im mad. Couldn’t even put it in the microwave to melt the shredded cheese

Unfortunately this restaurant was awful. There was one worker training two new hires who started that morning. One cook, and one cleaner. We were the only ones there. We were not greeted, and waited about 5-6 minutes before he finally came to take our order. While taking our order, he left us to take a drive-up order, then returned. I wanted to order French toast sticks, but he told me that they were out. Ok. Then he told me that he couldn't get me a drink because the drink machine in the restaurant wasn't working. (sigh). Thirdly he had to use the drive-up cash register because the main register was not working, so he had to run back and forth. In the meantime, when one of the new employees walked past us, he had a heavy smell of marijuana. On his first day?? You're kidding me! He should have been sent home, and told not to return. The one worker was clearly overwhelmed, but doing his best. This was a real low point for Wendy's.

Place is a disaster. They are out of EVERYTHING, the leave toppings off your sandwich and don't inform you they are out of ingredients. The store is dirty and clearly nobody cares.

I ordered in the app, and even though I arrived 10 minutes late, my food had not been started. The staff ignored me for a while, and it wasn't until another worker clocked in that they started on my order. They had to read out the details to her multiple times, and that resulted in an extra burger being made and another being wrong.About 30 hours after eating my burger, I had severe abdominal distress and vomiting. The three members of my household that had burgers that day all suffered the same fate. The one that had chicken did not. (There was no other common meal among the 3 of us that fell sick).So, awful timing, poor accuracy of order, and likely food poisoning made it an awful experience.

do not order wendys delivery we spent $42 on a $20 order to have a delivery 1 mile away (surly nothing can go that wrong) was i ever this wrong? first the driver goes the wrong way and then passes the turn, after he had already sat at the restaurant 7 minutes after they said he was gone with our order. after we finally get it at 1:52pm expected time was 1:37 w we added 5 sour cream and 5 butter for the plain potato added hot sauce and onion for the chili they have a section to add specifically not just a note there is no plastic wear, no napkins, no ketchup absolutely nothing we needed to eat our $40 order and the drivers $10 tip makes me so angry. he doesnt speak english why is he delivering english orders?????? shame on the manager for letting this go out with nothing common sense gives the person napkins and ketchup. shame on you

The lady working the drive thru window on Thursday, March 7th around 9:30pm, was extremely rude when taking the order. When I drove around to the window to pay, I noticed that there were 5 other cars waiting for their food and when I looked in the window, 2 employees were opening a sandwich to see what was on it. Fortunately, I had not paid yet, so I just drove off and went down the street to Hardee's and received excellent service and food from them. I would avoid this Wendy's unless you like waiting and being upset.

2/24/24 7pm. Worst service I ever had. Went to the drive thru to order for 3. I asked for a cup holder and immediately got a attitude from the cashier. She seemed irritated because I asked for it. She told me to pull up. So I did. While I was waiting I noticed that they were making everyone park and wait. She came out to my car with one bag. She asked me what I got. I started telling her and she interrupted me me and said "yeah this is yours ". So I asked her is everything in this one bag. She said "I don't know I didn't make it". So I asked her to wait a minute. Then she said "he said it's all there that's all I can tell you ". And started walking off.I asked her why does she work for the public with such a nasty attitude. I'm looking at the Google reviews and how can the owner of this store allow your customers to be treated this way. Employees need to realize you come to work to work, so go to work or stay at home and work remotely. This location needs to be revamped. Started over with all new employees that need a job and appreciate customers making them able to have a job.

This location was fully staffed with a good crew. Our breakfast burritos were pretty good. I would prefer a different cheese to the American slices on the burrito. There is a nice faux fireplace that gives a nice ambiance.

I should have known not to go in based on the fact the parking spots and walkway to the door were solid ice, days after it snowed. This restaurant was disgusting inside!! From the tables to the floors, NOTHING was clean. The woman’s restroom was worse than any gas station I have stopped at along the highway. My 5 year old even said it was too gross to use. We had hoped to dine in with kids while traveling but ended up taking the food to go and finding another restroom. Also had to find ketchup elsewhere as they were out of this fast food staple. Save your time and stop somewhere else!!

If I could give this location a negative I would run far away from here they are always out of everything so they say ! The big dark chick and the short Caucasian girl are like two peas in a pod always have attitudes about there job never want to give you what you pay for than have the audacity to park you for about a hour until they finally come out to give you someone else order ! Or your order is all screwed up and don’t ask for it to be remade cause they’ll straight tell you no I’m calling corporate they need to shut that location down
