The food came out hot, fresh, and to-order. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and relaxed in attitude and atmosphere. The only reason why I removed a star for atmosphere was because there was a full-on fight that broke out in the parking lot. I understand that this wasn't the responsibility of the staff, Wendy's as a business, or anything like that but it did lead to a little awkwardness during our meal, hence my measurement.
The spicy chicken was hot and delicious, but did not have the lettuce or tomato that is supposed to be part of the sandwich. I did not find the problem until arriving home. Restaurant was clean and empty of customers on a Sunday afternoon. Staff were helpful wnd courteous, but the cook dropped the ball.
First of all whoever says this place is terrible is a whole lie the girl at the counter needs a raise cuz she was sweet! The ice cream wasn’t solid so she gave my daughter a cookie and a different shake. The food was all fresh to a T tasted and looked great place was clean and it was fast
