I came back again I thought it would be different at 10:47 am, in the morning but instead of a box of fries I got a box of burnt to a crisp broken up crumbs, why would you give this to a paying customer, see pics.
I arrived at 4:45 p.m.and and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one offered to help me, the manager just walked away and went to the back however the employees were sitting in the dining area talking on their phones, so I tried to drive through in the Drive-Thru I was told that the store was doing a changeover and it would be 10 minutes before anyone can take my order.

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and quick with my order, even though it was pretty busy.
The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this location since it a nice spot for a quick meal. Overall, I left satisfied and would happily come back again.

We n t here because McDonald's down the street wouldn't wait on customers. They were too busy with door dash. Wendy's female employee was cussing at another employee. Hope that her boyfriend is an employee because he was behind the counter as well. I guess that no e of the employees cared that minors were in there cause none of them told her to stop cussing.

Every item in my biggie bag was wrong. Burger didn’t have any ketchup when asked for it, gave me the wrong dipping sauce, fries were hard and cold. Bottom bun was hard.

girl with the fluffy hair took my order with disinterest, didn't get my drink cups, walked off without saying thank you,seemed more interested in her tablet, But the other woman coming off break, was attentive, and got my drink cups when asked, she looked genuine, helping her customer and myself, Thanking me twice before I left. she should be running the floor if it were my business. you need to bring your glasses, the menus too far away from the counter, the text too bunched together, I didn't know my burger had mustard on it.
