I'm a creature of habit so I always get a jr albacon cheese burger. However today the fries were ice cold the nuggets were like warm if that. And they forgot to give me my drink. And to put the cherry on top. I walk back in after already realizing my food was cold they promly remade it. And I drove away only for 6-7 minutes later I realized I didn't have my drink so I returned and asked for it. I received a crazy look but no words. After the drink was made in drive thru and handed to me who I can only assume was the general manager whom is a man walks up front and says don't we have drinks up front because I didn't use the drink machine but then he continued I never paid any attention to where he went. But I'm pregnant so I decided to use the restroom before I left. Not seeing any other customers in the lobby I thought it was weird the bathroom door was locked but I waited. And out comes this big man out of the women's restroom. I was confused so my first thought was to see if someone was in the man's restroom and it wasn't. So why would the general manager be in the women's restroom. If lead by example was failing anywhere. I can be assured it must be here.

This is the 2nd time where I have ordered food on the app and yall seem to can never get it right lol. On one occasion I ordered saucy nuggets yall gave me regular spicy and didnt bother to call to let somebody know about the substitution. I just ordered food and did not receive my drink. Yall have a manager that constantly flirts both inside and at the drive thru window , so next time lets focus on fulfilling orders the correct way and properly communicating instead of trying to flirt with every one of my team mates at my job. Buddy is literally the talk of the entire work place. Thanks in advance , let's do better.

Never a good start when you know the menu better than the cashier. After that fiasco and ordering that's when I was notified that the card reader doesn't work and it's cash only . You would think you would start off with that, but common sense isn't that common apparently.

I drive for Uber eats and I’m doing this late night tonight. The store says open till 1 AM and I had an order more than one person was inside. The saw me said nothing got their own personal drinks and walked out of the store also saying nothing to me when I said hey, I have an Uber eats order Nicely. Whoever was the manager should probably be fired. 11/19/24 @12:30pm We’re all trying to make a living. This was absolutely unkind.

This is a very poorly run Wendy's the staff were arguing with each other in the back. The lines were so long people were walking out. One of the staff members were on their phone on a video chat talking to someone. Both restrooms were close and they were filthy. Honestly the board of Health needs to come by this Wendy's it was really bad.
