There's a worker I believe that his name is Farris. Every time that I come in he is very respectful, and helpful with suggestions.

I came here 08/30/25 around 1:45pm…
BEST service I have seen anywhere in a long time. From being greated at the door to taking our order, receiving our order, while eating and leaving no complaints. EVERY last person had such great customer service. Yes it’s fast food so seeing this today definitely stood out to me. Hands down best Wendy’s/ Fastfood place to go to!! Thank you

I just went through the drive through and ordered. While I was ordering my drinks with 3 meals I asked for no ice on my strawberry lemonades. Someone very rudely got on the speaker and said it won’t be filled up because you aren’t getting ice these are premium drinks. I’m paying for these drinks so why can’t they be filled? After spending almost $30 on my family and I meals, I think I deserve to get what I am paying for. Won’t be returning…

I would not recommend getting food from this location at all. I had placed a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick it up. There were two cars in front of me before I got to the window, yet my food was not ready when I pulled up. Then I was told that their ice cream machine is broken. It took about 7 minutes for me to finally get my food despite placing a mobile order. When I received the bag, there was sauce all over the bottom of it which could’ve stained my seats in my car had I not had anything to sit it on.

Now to the worst part. When I sat down to eat my food not even 10 minutes after receiving it, every single item was cold. I had old stale fries, my chicken nuggets were cold, and my burger was cold. I didn’t feel comfortable eating my burger because if the meat was cold, then how long had it been sitting there before they handed it out.

My thing is if you, as a worker, know you wouldn’t eat cold food from a fast food place, then why are you so comfortable handing it out to paying customers?

Could not believe how unfriendly the staff was on Sunday, 7/20/25. I really regretted going.

Very disappointed with this location. This was my second bad experience here — the first time, they closed an hour early with people inside but refused to serve us.

This time, I spent $15 on food that was ice cold just four minutes after I bought it. The manager, DeJuan, told me I had to bring the food back so they could weigh it as waste to remake it, or keep the cold food with me all day and return it later whenever I was back in the area.

It’s not about the money — it’s about the poor food quality and lack of reasonable customer service.

Pull up to the drive through and the person says “Yo”.
Really “Yo”?? (What is wrong with you)?
How about “Welcome to Wendy’s may I take your order?” Or something similar? We started to order a frosty but were interrupted with “We don’t have no frosty right now, sorry”
That’s it. Silence.
How is Wendy’s going to be out of one of their signature beverages?
Customer service skills are horrible!
