At 9:25pm on 9/5/2024: While on FaceTime with my cousin (who was in the drive-thru line) I witness some of the best customer at a fast food restaurant I'd ever seen. The gentleman taking the drive-thru orders was so professional & had such a great welcoming attitude, it almost made me drive to the location to personally thank him for amazing customer service. Unfortunately my cousin didn't get his name but he definitely deserves recognition for such a great experience....

I am sharing the experience to show how rundown I feel this store is.
Every table was wobbly. Spilt my drink when i sat down so i went to the boot.
Booth has no seat bottom. Got hurt sitting on wood supports.
Ketchup empty on both stations and it was 11:50
Diet coke and related products were empty.
I kinda felt unwelcome. But food was hot and not that bad.
