“ I see you working hard, wanna let you know I’m proud, wanna let you know I admire what you do” 😂 no but this was fire! I stopped eating Wendy’s because they kept re-frying my nuggets and they would be soo disgusting and greasy. But they did their big one. Service was good ( receipt host said #3151) cookie, drink, nuggets everything was fresh. Fries were medium warm but still good. I appreciated this meal.

Had the worst experience at this Wendy’s!!! There are a bunch of immature children working in this facility. I pulled up there and waited over 10 minutes at the drive-through speaker. I then pulled around to the window. No one answered so I pulled up to the second window still no answer. By the time someone I saw workers, two of them were playing outside and the manager tried not to take our order. I feel like it’s because we’re black. There were four Caucasian girls and one Hispanic male. I feel because the color of my skin I did not get the service that other customers get. I do not recommend anybody go to this Wendy’s. I feel they should shut it down.

100% the rudest employee at the drive through. Zero manners or customer service skills. A friendly “hello” when I pulled up was greeted with a death stare that could pierce through steel. A “thank you” was returned with a sigh. It was rude enough I felt compelled to leave it here. I felt awkward existing in the drive-thru.

The food is always good and it seems like it’s either medium hot or just fresh right out the grease. Service is always trash because either I’m waiting and yet they only have two or three workers and there’s nobody really in line or people just seem to not be happy with their job

Hard stale bun. Food cold. Fries old. Drive thru workers rude and disrespectful. Music blaring through drive through windows. One worker appeared to be high on drugs. I will never return to this location. I didn’t think it could get worse than the 52nd and keystone location…..clearly it can!

Didn't see anyone at the counter but food was sitting there ready in the bag. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease.
I'm very shocked to recieve. Food the way it was. Always get the bisquits. Gravy from here in the morning. Til the other day. Had no gravy was greasy. Usually they only use one sausage. Don't know what was going on. The employee who fixed it. Didn't care at all about. What they served to customers. 9/15/25 went to Wendys again this am. Still got the same order. Again no gravy in the bisquits and gravy. Calling the manager to see why. They're serving it like that. You have to check your bag. Before leaving to not get home be disappointed. Not getting a response from them. About this issue either. Makes no sense they didn't state. They was out of it. Just served it like this again.
