Updated: If I could give zero stars i would. Decided to try it again after not coming here for over a year. It's worse than ever. The lady at the window was a rude jerk. She said she was sick of these Krabby Patty burgers already and he was first in line for them. They managed to screw up the order yet again and put almost no sauce on the burger. This place needs shut down it's so bad.
Original review:. 3 times in a week and a half they screwed up our order. Spicy chicken nuggets when we asked for regular, no sauces, pickles on the burgers when we said no pickles and more. The manager is a rude jerk who yells at his employees. Even after corporate graciously gave us free meals, they still couldn't get it right. Horrible service.

Atrocious. Placed an order and noticed they were a bit backed up so they had us park. We noticed the employees were marshaling paying patrons to the parking lot for a 45 minute sit to enjoy the overflowing dumpster. At least I got my flat soda with a straw. Also, this is 45 min in so far. I STILL haven't gotten my order! So unless you want to pay $15 to stare at a Kohls for about an hour than this is your place.

We went for a specialty item that was promoted to be something it was not. The employees weren't rude but they weren't very welcoming either. The service was better than the food.

I’ll be speaking for the iced cold brew in this situation. Ive gotten a decent iced coffee once or twice from here but every time I give them a chance I end up utterly disappointed with the very teensy amount of coffee that goes into it. I understand Wendy’s isn’t a coffee shop, but at this point this location might as well stop selling it because wether you buy it early In the morning or later in the afternoon, it still ends up being the worst iced coffee anyone could ever make. Unless you’re in the mood for a cup of milk because that’s basically all it is.

We went thru the drive thru about 9:40 pm. Only one car ahead of us. I noticed at one window a young man was shoving fries or something down his throat. We ordered our food, pulled up to 1st window to pay, he have us change. Not friendly at all. He never said, thank you, have a nice evening or anything! So we go to 2nd window, there were 3 people in there just hanging g out, not even trying to look busy. The guy handed us our bag. We then had to ask where the Frosty was We ordered. He finally gave it to us, once again, never said thank you or anything! They were young kids basically and just acted like it was a real effort to give us the food out. Very rude!! The lady in front of us had to park and go back in. She didn't look too happy either. Something needs to exonerated or you are gonna lose a lot of business. Also I ordered those new " Chicken Nuggs". They were good, but almost cold!!

I just had a manager lecture.Me and complained to me about using the mobile app. She complained that it's costing wendy's money. Quite frankly it's only Reason I go to wendy's. Or at least used to. Go to mcdonald's or burger king Because they are not going to complain about your business.
