Wendy's doesn't have much of a look to it overall, however the staff here usually go out of there way to make sure you're satisfied. The younger staff is very understanding despite having to deal with many orders and personalities all day.
I was eating the bacon nator when I found long plastic string in my food
Found a piece of paper towel in my frosty. Disgusting
Horrible. Placed mobile order (3 happy meals, 2 sandwiches) . Waited 22 minutes from mic until we pulled away from window. Add another 10min from when we submitted the order from the app to the time we pulled in. Had to ask 3 times at the window for missed items. They handed us the last item (junior bacon cheeseburger) and it was just a meat patty in a bun. Staff was rude and unapologetic for the horrible service. Avoid this place. Not worth it.
Whether I visit this store every 2 months or 2 years , each time either the service is bad or the food is. I ordered a chicken BLT and it was hard, and dried out like it had been sitting a while. It sucks because I love Wendy’s but I have a BAD experience every time I visit this particular store. The one on East 86th isn’t much better. If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would have.
This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had in my life. I wasn’t paying attention to my burger when I was eating it cause I was watching tv. But at the end I took a look and it was completely raw on the inside. Absolutely disgusting I’ll never go to this location again
Just went through the drive through and they missed my second sandwich. When I went in the store at 10:15-10:20 I was told breakfast was over and that my sandwich couldn’t be made. When asked why I was finally told, after asking many time, an excuse that they didn’t have eggs. Obviously very lazy staff!!! The guy in the drive thru window was very nice though!!
No Ketchup for the fries, no dipping sauce for the nuggets, Did not want to fill up my frosty all the way to the brim. Forgot my soda, had to ask him twice.
Very clean store, incredibly well managed!
Pulled up and waited 10 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. One of the burgers had a rock hard bun, and the other burger was burnt. Neither were warm. Just as bad as Georgetown was. Close this one too

We were asked to pull up did so after 10 min of waiting and other cars behind us leaving. We went in to see what was going on. They had given our order to the wrong car. I understand mistakes happen, but no one came to address us. If we hadn't went to check we would have never gotten any food.
They close when they want, doesnt matter if its 2 hours earlier than the sign
Closed the lobby early.
Rushed me off in the drive thru and didnt give me my drink or cheese on my chili and walked to a different side of the building to swipe my card
