Wendy's used to be one of my go to fast food spots, but over the years they have gone down big time. I will only go now if it's convenient and I'm in a hurry...definitely not my go to place anymore

Gotta love waking up the morning staff lady. And her telling ya you must go the drive thru. Well I sat there for 3 mins waiting for ya. Ahah. Then she can’t find my mobile order. Maybe it’s her first day and she had a rough night and didn’t get enough sleep and needed to take some zzzzz on work time. We all understand.
Finally she gives me the order. And I go to look in the bag and with attitude tells me to move forward and informs me I was in line for a long time. Well duh. Ya were sleeping. Then couldn’t find my mobile order.
And to top it off.. ya need time to over cook this “sausage patty” 😏
I’ll be disputing this charge. Thanks for playing.

I ordered a medium fry and they were cold. I also ordered a Baconator and that was hot and delicious.

The front desk cashier older women was either having a bad day or doesn’t like her job. Her words after waiting 5 mins is I’ll be with you when I have time.
The 2nd older lady who might be a manager pulled the fries too quick, not cooked all the way and didn’t craving the grease as you can see, we never had a Wendy’s this greasy or under cooked, $45 for cold sandwich we had to wait for the fries because they forgot to put them down and still undercooked. Only good point was the young man who was polite, professional and helpful.

The restaurant was closed at 10 past 7 when published hours are 7am-1am
Very disrespectful staff, no order over their store. They could have got me in trouble as a grub hub driver because of how they handle other's food that I delivered from there They can stand to get new management also.

I wish one time, just one single time....one time ever....they could get the order right. That along with rude service, the entire staff needs either fired, drug tested, or the place closed. Ridiculous, given them too many chances.

Stopped at around 8:30 am to get some breakfast. I pulled up and asked for a croissant, but they were out of croissants and biscuits, so I ordered muffins and French toast. When I pulled up to pay, they told me they were also out of French toast, so I ended up with just a muffin.

We had an online order. One person wanted a salad combo with a frosty. We paid through the app. When I pulled up I was told they had zero frostys. I then asked for a Coke as a sub and was told they didn't have Coke. The third choice was a root beer. Guess what? No root beer. To top it all off when we got home the salad was missing all of its cheese, cranberries, and pecans. It was literally just romaine, apple, and chicken.
Long story short: we'll never go back.

Recently the Wendy's in my neighborhood
(area of 56th & Georgetown) closed. It really caught me off guard. So I had to drive to the Wendy's at Trader's Point, 86th & Zionsville Rd. It bothers me the only two burger joint's in my neighbor is now Burger King and Mickey D's. At nearly age 70 it goes without saying I'm burnt-out on those two. Burger King can't come up with anything fresh or new. And Mickey D's is Mickey D's. My neighborhood is dying a slow, slow death. Subway is also still here, but the only thing new there is their never ending price increases. Mr. Gyro's on 38th street is still on 38th street, but as much as I love their food, their french fries have always been booty.

Went to get some food for me and a coworker. His food was the issue. He got a sandwich that was like 6$ and only the sandwich (He did not want the meal). Got back to work with our food and his 6$ sandwich is missing half of it's ingredients missing. Can't even go back to fix it as our break time wouldn't be long enough. It was not a big order or anything, it was just two people. So he got a 6$ sandwich with 3$ worth of product...
No only that, but I unfortunately forgot that the employees here have a huge attitude problem. Ever wonder why there's no cars and they're always hiring? For once it's not customers, it's only the workers. Mind you, I can't speak about their day shift staff, only the afternoon ones. Day shift might be nice.
