I think it's funny that when I went up to use the app the app wouldn't work when I went out there to use the coupon they want to tell me the coupon wouldn't work I use a different coupon and it worked they are very racist every time I went up there definition mayonnaise or honey mustard or ketchup they would get cocky and then when I tried to ask if they were hiring they said no not right now we are not hiring and the way they said it was very cocky too and then on that hand my chili fries were supposed to be cheese and chili had no chili on it just cheese that it's not even barely melted and then my fiance's baked potato she ordered extra cheese on it there was no cheese on it so she went up there and got cheese on it I got cocky with her too more than likely we are never going to come back here

Placed mobile order I get up to the drivethrew and they tell me they are closing. 2nd wendys I've been to tonight that close whenever they want. Last time I ordered rhey shorted me 20 nugs on a family pack and they wernt spicy like I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ITS STRAIGHT TRASH WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Went to get my Grandson from Wendy's after he had gotten out of surgery, took his food into the hospital gave it to him when the doctor said he could eat and he said Memaw I want another hamburger like I got last night it was Marvelous.

4-30-24 so my order was wrong and I called to make the store aware before returning the food, however upon returning to get my order replaced, I was greeted by the young employees working and they were willing to fix my order. They did have to get it confirmed by their manager however, when the manager approached the counter, she never acknowledge me nor apologize for the mistake that was made instead she was too concerned with saying $200 is broke to her and $500 is broke to her and then proceeded to sing. Really!! What happened to the professionalism? Just because you have a the skills to be a manager doesn’t mean you should be put in a manager position as an example what management should be?

Went for dinner around 10pm, ordered a chicken sandwich meal and an Asiago chicken sandwich with pretzel bun and an order of baconator fries.The guy taking the order kept getting an attitude and was rushing to get us away.We got home and his Asiago sandwich was wrong, wrong bun, wrong chicken. Ridiculous

Waited forever in drive thru just to get to the window because the lady was chatting it up with her friends I guess. Got to window and they were all cussing and talking about someone else, letting us hear all the business. Was told to pull up to wait on our food, literally 15 min wait on 3 sandwiches. They were all very unprofessional and I will not be back, I feel uncomfortable driving thru with my kids in car. It's just immature teens working.

The inside was closed, again. When we went through the drive thru, the employee was super rude as he was taking our order. Then, when we paid for our food, we asked for the condiments, and the same employee, very rudely, said it will all be in the bag. We also ordered frosty's, but he didn't ask us which kind, so vanilla was being attempted to be handed to us, of course, we said we didn't want vanilla, we wanted chocolate.I understand the employee may have been stressed due to I'm sure being shorthanded, but he does not need to be rude. If you don't like your job, quit!
