I’ve lived in this area since 2016. From the first time and tried this Wendy’s up until their new management, it was absolutely horrific. I would take my chances and give them a shot every now and again, but was let down every time from food to the service. I’ve been to this Wendy’s twice since under new management and BOTH visits were GREAT! The staff are so kind and even gave me a free treat to try! The food was hit and fresh and the staff served with a smile. Listen, for any fellow west siders who haven’t visited our newly revamped Wendy’s, DO IT. I promise you’ll keep coming back. :)

This was a sign to never eat Wendy’s again. Nobody inside nobody in the drive through prolly waited 20 minutes for food after paying. Chicken sandwich was sloppy fries were mushy I didn’t even eat the food.

Store is always out of something.Last trip,no baked potatoes, time before that only 1 frosty flavor working . This time apparently closed at 7 pm ?? Lights on but no one answered drive thru. This is beyond ridiculous!!

Horrible experience. there was only one car in front of me at the drive thru. It took 15 minutes B4 I could even pull up to order. & there were no other cars in front of the one that was in front of mine. Order 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. Small fries, small drink. Came to $12. Sum change are you seriously I could have got the single cheeseburger meal for nine something. What does anyone see in the discrepancy here. So you can tell me the two little Junior cheeseburgers what's $12 and something. And I took another lease 15 minutes before I even got to the window to get my food are you working there was rude not friendly I don't recommend it

Every time I come to this place it's very convenient, fast and hot food. My order is right every time. It's like when they hear my voice they know who it is and they get it right every time. I've noticed that everything has really gotten better with this new manager, Mr. Marcello he is always nice and greets me with a smile.Parking: Always has a great place to park. Food is excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I stopped at the Wendy's on w. Washington St., and I was on my way home from the emergency room at the va hospital. It was about a quarter after 10 pm. I was the only one there and think it was close to closing. I ordered a large chocolate Frosty to take because I live but about 15 minutes from it. I handed the guy 5.00, and he handed me the cup and then my change, and I left for home. I got home and sat down to enjoy it, but when I looked at the cup, it was only about 2/3 of a cup. I wanted to take it back, but I figured I wouldn't get there until after closing. Besides that, he didn't give a receipt with it when he handed it to me.
My burger was extremely spicy and was not prepared correctly. The employee was friendly.

They gave me a hard and old spicy chicken to go in my salad I drove home and tried to call but they won’t answer the phone and I didn’t get a receipt to do the survey, or I wouldn’t have came here. I’m just really disappointed that they thought that was okay to give me that OLD nasty
