The cashier looked like she hadn't showered in a week. They were out of so many items and nearly every drink, it'd have been faster if they listed what they do have in stock. I got a wrap that tasted so foul I spit it out and felt nauseous.

Went through the Drive-thru as both my husband and I are sick and closest thing on way home from Drug Store, I ordered 3 jr cheese burgers 1 plain no lettuce or tomato 1 chili and 2 frosty's for sore throat get home and 1 of the hamburgers was lettuce tomato bacon and no meat in what world would anyone think that was right?? really ticked but to sick go back out!!!!!

Constant bad service at this location. Don't spend any money here just make the drive to another Wendy's nearby.

This Wendy's never has anything available on the menu and the employees do the bare minimum.

The burgers were dry as can be and the buns on my jr bacon cheeseburgers were hard. The cashier was rude and seemed like she hated being there. When I pulled up to the window she didn’t say a word the whole time. She opened the window stuck her hand out I gave her my card she gave it back shut the window and walked away. When she came back with the food she handed it to me and still not one single word. Even on the speaker she was rude with her tone. I get it people have bad days but she seemed like she just hated being there. I was also the only car in the drive thru and they had no customers inside. Not that it matters but I will not go back to that Wendy’s again. This is the second time I have got old dry meat and rude customer service. One time I will try again cause everyone has bad days but 2 times is enough for me to stop spending my money at your establishment. Also why are the jr bacon cheeseburgers almost $4. That’s insane. And of course they didn’t have any baked potatoes.

It’s been years this location has went way downhill with customer service, inventory is always short, orders are maybe 60% right but for the most parts it’s better they just close the doors on this place…today was my last visit even management is horrible and the lobby is always dirty😡

came to the drive through waited 5 minutes before saying tried to say something waited another couple mins than said something again just for them to say we heard you the first time i simply said well why didn’t you say anything so i know i was thinking maybe the drive thru is closed without no response n simply was going to go inside if so lady had a rude attitude than turns out my drink was not what i ordered and i felt as if they simply did that out of anger there should be no way my dr pepper turns into a diet coke they are two big differents and than forgot a straw normally wouldn’t mind but all felt like retaliation an on top of that they gave me a little kid chicken sandwich when i ordered spicy chicken sandwich this is the worst i’ve ever been treated here

Manager on duty was extremely rude. Wouldn’t give his name or number for a GM. I called to inform them of mistakes made on my order, instant disrespect. (Ordered around 5:30pm, on 1/12/25) The Double Stack Biggie Bag w/ no Ketchup or Mustard to be exact. Leaving the meat, cheese, & vegetables. All I received was meat and cheese. *DO NOT GO THERE. ITS A WASTE OF TIME & ENERGY* Manager on duty is supposedly someone named “Josh”. No last name given.

Very rude drive thru staff told us the wait would ruin their time so they refused to serve us. Will not return. Unacceptable customer service. December 14th, 2024 at 7 pm should not be when a drive thru closes

Don't expect to ever get a chocolate frosty here. I've been countless times and they never have it. If you order online it won't say an item is unavailable either.

Ordered food for delivery and they butchered the whole order. Called the store and the manager was an absolute DICK about it. Said he made it how it was on the receipt although he CLEARLY didn’t. And it wasn’t his problem, call door dash. One meal was entirely wrong. Literally not a single item made right. Everything was ice cold and I watched the door dasher come straight to me on the dasher tracker thing. I live 3 minutes away… complete trash and ran by TRASH. A minute on this page showed me the same idiot who couldn’t read my receipt right is probably the one running this page. Do better corporate. I know it’s hard to find good employees right now, but Methaniel has no business being in charge of himself let alone a business. I don’t recommend anything about this location but shutting it down.
