The manager was seen giving positive reinforcement to an employee who accidentally caused chairs to fall when closing up. The employee appeared shell shocked from the loud noise and the manager, sha I believe, seen this and instantly came to give positive reinforcement that quickly deescalated the employees emotions.

Stopped there at 2:57 p.m. today to get a number one combo with a Dr Pepper and a chocolate frosty. But they were out of chocolate frosties so I took a chance on the Triple Berry Frosty instead. Not a fan! I felt like a mother Robin ready to regurgitate that Frosty. The problem with the service was I waited until 3:07 p.m. so basically 10 minutes to get this combo. Very courteous staff, and the order was accurate no problem there. But it's not a good sign for competence when...
