WORST WENDY’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!

STAFF TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND YELLED AT ME, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

When I walked in, the staff was extremely rude from the start. Instead of greeting customers or taking orders respectfully, employees were yelling back and forth, making the entire dining area feel chaotic and hostile. It wasn’t busy enough to justify the behavior—it was just a lack of professionalism.
On top of that, the workers were playing loud, vulgar, and inappropriate music that was echoing throughout the restaurant. The content was so explicit that it made me embarrassed to even stand there. This is a family restaurant, and there is no reason customers should have to listen to music full of profanity and disgusting lyrics while trying to order food.
The entire atmosphere felt disrespectful, sloppy, and completely out of control. Not one employee attempted to change the music, lower the volume, or speak to customers in a polite manner. I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and genuinely shocked this location is allowed to operate this way.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! The STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, TRASHY AND INAPPROPRIATE!!!
They made my sandwich wrong FIVE TIMES, stated getting rude and snappy at me because I asked them to fix THEIR MISTAKE, they started arguing with me and trying to start a fight . They had DISGUSTING MUSIC PLAYING, talking about SEX came there were OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY. Everyone here is disgusting and THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this location was so egregious that I feel compelled to share it in detail. This was not just a poor service experience—it was outright shocking, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge corporate to investigate this location immediately, because the behavior I witnessed is beyond anything that should be tolerated in a professional establishment.
From the moment I placed my order, the level of incompetence was staggering. My sandwich was made incorrectly five separate times. FIVE. Every single time, I politely asked for it to be corrected. Rather than being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with escalating rudeness, hostility, and unprofessional behavior. Staff members became visibly irritated, snappy, and argumentative. At one point, they tried to start a confrontation with me simply because I requested they fix their mistakes. This is completely unacceptable.
Even more disturbing was the overall environment of this location. The music playing was not only inappropriate but absolutely disgusting—explicit, offensive, and entirely unsuitable for a public space where families and children might be present. To make matters worse, staff were engaging in conversations that were shocking, vulgar, and inappropriate for any workplace. I personally overheard discussions that included topics about sex and other highly disturbing subjects. This is not only unprofessional—it is deeply concerning from a legal and safety perspective.
I left the store feeling, disrespected, and appalled. The combination of service, aggressive and rude staff, and a completely toxic atmosphere made this visit one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
Corporate needs to take immediate action. The management, training, and oversight at this location appear to be nonexistent, and the behavior I observed could seriously damage the brand’s reputation. No paying customer should ever be subjected to rude, argumentative staff, disgusting music, and conversations about inappropriate topics while simply trying to enjoy a meal.

I live pretty close to this location. I use the drive-thrylu when I stop by. It is a dependably quick stop with an accurate order filled. The food is consistently fresh and cooked to perfection. I usually order the Biggie Bag with the double stack. The fries and nuggets are crispy & hot. The burgers are great. MY FAVORITE thing is that they serve crispy leaves of lettuce on their sandwiches. My biggest pet peeve is having stringy, soggy shredded lettuce on my sandwich that falls all over my lap as I drive. I LOVE the crispy leaf lettuce. Thank you Wendys and thank you to our amazing hard workers who make sure this location stays open, stocked and clean for us! Lebanon, IN Wendys is doing a GREAT job! Locals love it, as do I!

My husband stopped last night and two nights before to get me a Jr hamburger..Both times they were disgusting! They tasted like they cooked on the grill for an hour days ago! I honestly believe they save them from a day or two! The bun was dry and part of it was hard. It would be nice if quality was their recipe. It would be nice if people actually cared about what they serve!

I will never go to this Wendy's again. Waited over 2 minutes to order ( drive thru) and there was no one ahead of me. Total was six dollars and some odd change. I received my order....no straw and no change back. Very sad experience. Even if the food is over salty....teach your window employees how to not only make change but give it back to the customer

Worst delivery experience that made me this angry in a while. Placed my order via the app and was told it would be delivered with Doordash. First Dasher said order was taking too long and he said he canceled. Then I was assigned a new Dasher. She told me and even sent me a picture that she waited for my order. Then I was assigned a new dasher with no communication. Then I had to call after being reassigned only to be told that someone took my order and the restaurant refused to remake my order for their mistake. Had to cancel and I was told I wouldn't see my refund for around 10-11 business days. The manager in charge should suffer repercussions for this as I did not spend over 28 dollars to go through this experience.

Went there spent over 30$ for the family and they forgot to put 3 burgers in the bag and nuggets and fries was cold. Than drove back there to get a refund and they tell me they only can do remakes just for them to give me more cold food smh shut the place down
