This is the worst wendys, may, worst fast food location in indianapolis. It doesn't matter what time of day you go. There is always a huge wait. Even if theres no one in drive thru line. They're also always rude. If it wasnt for the fact that my daughter only likes the nuggets from hwre

First they told me the restraunt were closed then they told me I would need to park my car for 20 mins and come back around to be able to order. This is very inconvenient as there aren’t any other Wendy’s close by so now I have to skip breakfast.

I’ve eaten here before and the service has never been great. I had to drop a review because there was no movement in the drive through for probably 5 minutes. When I got to the window, I was told it would be 7 minutes because they had to start the chicken fingers. What was going on during the time I was waiting. Thankfully, I was not in a rush. I would have left if I wasn’t starving.

I pulled up at the drive-up order box and was told they would be right with me. Five minutes later I said hey is anyone there? They again said that they would be right with me. Five minutes later they asked for my order. I said that I wanted 2 baked potatoes. They said that they needed to check to see if they had any ready. This was after 4:30pm so I didn't think there would be a problem. They came back and told me they were not ready. I wasted 15 minutes of my time to find out that I needed to go somewhere else for food. Several people waiting behind me left without ordering because of the wait.
