Been to the drive through 3 times and have had horrible experiences each time. The one thing they seem to get right is not having things in stock. Napkins, ketchup packets, and every coke product have been items that were out of stock on one of the three times I visited. Astonishingly slow & poor service to boot!

Cannot manage to take an order. They don’t understand what condiments are. I have a burger with no lettuce, tomato, onion or pickle. They don’t give you a receipt.

First off I love wendys one of my favorite places but I will never come back to this one again at 1606 shadeland I ordered on the app yesterday two sandwiches and nuggets at 445 and had it to be ready at 5 I get there and not only did I wait 25 minutes to a half hour for my order but my first burger wasn't right at all I ordered a Dave's single with bacon on it THAT I PAYED EXTRA FOR!!!! was not on it and I couldn't go back to fix it because I had to go back to work due to the long wait

Waited for 20 mins at window for order, received order and fries were cold, went in got fresh fries only to get home to chicken sandwich when I ordered a burger, chicken was old and sloppy made with a lot of mayo, old tomatoes and a half piece of lettuce. Won't stop on Shadeland again. Childish,slow crew.

I waited in line drive through that is for lease seven to eight minutes and everything was super cold and old very disappointed especially as long as I waited with only two cars in front of me
