I asked for them to make me fresh pretzels, told them I'll wait the 10-15 minutes, they then tried to give me pretzels that were sitting. Then argued with me about giving me fresh pretzels or my money back. Do better. I was a customer for over 10 years, I bet I don't come back. I'll make sure I tell everyone that the service is piss poor.

This place is the worst wetzels I've been to so far. They didn't have any utensils and gave me ice cold frosting for my cinnabites.
