I asked for them to make me fresh pretzels, told them I'll wait the 10-15 minutes, they then tried to give me pretzels that were sitting. Then argued with me about giving me fresh pretzels or my money back. Do better. I was a customer for over 10 years, I bet I don't come back. I'll make sure I tell everyone that the service is piss poor.
