Sliders are always good they just messed up my suitcase and half of them didn't have bacon on it. That night was really busy. The biggest problem was the homeless people, and the soda machine was overflowing with ice. It was barely possible to get a cup in there and actually get a drink.

Grew up on white Castle and definitely brought back memories! Food still good! Service was ok, mishap on my name. Lol.
Atmosphere needs work. Dining area was not clean, drink station was out of most of the drinks and no napkins or straws readily available. Just needs a good cleaning from top to bottom and will be good to go.

WOW, just wow Brittany & Chandra are the best! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate Valentine's day/our 4yr anniversary and we loved every second of it. We had one of the best dining experiences, ever. As someone who eats at all types of restaurants for every occasion I can say I have never felt more welcomed or valued as a customer. I walked in and they immediately acknowledged our anniversary that I added to the open table reservation. ❤️ We have paid $300+ for birthday dinners where our servers/hosts never even acknowledged the occasion we were celebrating. Our food was hot and fresh, we shared laughs with the workers, and there was even a photo op set up! ALL of the ladies working up front were so warm, kind, and caring (there was one other I cannot remember her name). It was truly a night we will never forget!

The place feels really weird, kind of disturbing almost like if it is haunted or something, the food was a little wet I think it shouldn’t be like that so it’s really disgusting eating it, don’t recommended it I don’t know how are that many White Castles on the US.
Whitecastles made a stupid move when they pulled smoothies from their menu. i've been to three different locations and all have said they wont be carrying them anymore. I have spent a lot of money buying smoothies and food from this place. No smoothies = no money from me.

This White Castle was extremely dirty and overcrowded. The floors, tables, and counters were a mess, and staff didn’t make any effort to clean or keep the area maintained. It felt chaotic and unsanitary the entire time. Definitely needs better cleanliness and management.
