It's always a pleasure going to WC. The employees are always kind and friendly. They get your order just as you ask. My sliders are always hot and moist, and I get a senior citizen discount.
It's White Castle, what do you expect. Their food is mediocre, at best. If my wife wasn't in the mood for their Onion Chips, we wouldn't have been there.

Came for v day experience amazing manager was awesome. Jessica our waitress fabulous. They entertained my kids and made them feel special and let them decorate cookies. Emerson is by far the best at Valentine’s Day compared to the other ones we have been to. I’ve been coming with my son since he was 8 so about 12 years.
It was so fun , nostalgic, great friends, hostess was beautiful he name was Natalie and the waiter was charming his name was Chris they were kind and attentive and made us feel very special .. the decoration were adorable and so sweet with candles and flowers on the tables.. we had are pictures taking .. we are not sure how to see them but it was a very lovely evening .. we will be back next year .. thank you White Castle 💕

This was our second time of having our valentine's dinner at White Castle. It was great, the food was fresh and hot, the servers were very attentive to our needs. Definitely will be going back next year. Thanks Jeff & Penny Zickafoose

It's really a unique experience, if you haven't done before, it's a must try. It had been a few years since we were there on Valentine's Day, but glad to return. It did not disappoint.

If i could rate it a 0, I would. Me and my wife swung in to get some dinner. There were plenty of employees. With maybe a couple customers. We both go to the restrooms. And then we both say the exact same thing when we walked out. "Restrooms were completely disgusting." So bad, i didnt even want to use the sink to wash my hands. Then a customer that had ordered said the employee had picked up something off of the ground and put it into her bag. Im not saying that this is true. But the employee was respectful. But for as many employees, and not many customers, it was pretty disgusting.
Clean and fast. Always get my order right.
