It's always a pleasure going to WC. The employees are always kind and friendly. They get your order just as you ask. My sliders are always hot and moist, and I get a senior citizen discount.
It's White Castle, what do you expect. Their food is mediocre, at best. If my wife wasn't in the mood for their Onion Chips, we wouldn't have been there.

Came for v day experience amazing manager was awesome. Jessica our waitress fabulous. They entertained my kids and made them feel special and let them decorate cookies. Emerson is by far the best at Valentine’s Day compared to the other ones we have been to. I’ve been coming with my son since he was 8 so about 12 years.

It was so fun , nostalgic, great friends, hostess was beautiful he name was Natalie and the waiter was charming his name was Chris they were kind and attentive and made us feel very special .. the decoration were adorable and so sweet with candles and flowers on the tables.. we had are pictures taking .. we are not sure how to see them but it was a very lovely evening .. we will be back next year .. thank you White Castle 💕

It's really a unique experience, if you haven't done before, it's a must try. It had been a few years since we were there on Valentine's Day, but glad to return. It did not disappoint.

If i could rate it a 0, I would. Me and my wife swung in to get some dinner. There were plenty of employees. With maybe a couple customers. We both go to the restrooms. And then we both say the exact same thing when we walked out. "Restrooms were completely disgusting." So bad, i didnt even want to use the sink to wash my hands. Then a customer that had ordered said the employee had picked up something off of the ground and put it into her bag. Im not saying that this is true. But the employee was respectful. But for as many employees, and not many customers, it was pretty disgusting.
Honestly the most run down and disgusting fast food place I've been in, the food was overcooked, the employees weren't doing shit the tables were caked and covered in food and drinks and there was a massive puddle on the floor and the mens restroom urinal was covered in piss inside and out and and same for the floor and the only toilet in the mens restroom had shit or something nasty and horrible smelling and the drive through was a horrible slow mess. NEVER COME HERE IT LITERALLY MADE ME SICK
Vegetarian options: Don't eat here unless you're suicidal or a sewer rat
Dietary restrictions: The cooks don't know how to cook
Kid-friendliness: If you take your kid here you are a bad parent and CPS should have you throw in jail

I remember when White Castle was one of the only fast food places you could get FRESH food. Not anymore. I have been here on a couple occasions and each time you could tell the food was not fresh. The burgers, fries and cheese sticks were cold. Order was not correct. Food was not edible, trashed it after first bite and site. I will not waste money here again.
