I stopped at that White Castle every time to visit my brother in Indiana
In a bad neighborhood.
Food took over 15min.
Put cheese on order after asking for no cheese. Worst of all worlds

I arrived at the 10:30 at night and the front door was open. I was happy because I was in a semi and couldn't go through the drive-thru. The lady who greeted me was very friendly and patient. Inside the store was decorated nicely and it was very clean and orderly. Outside there was plenty of room for parking. I ordered my food and they made it as I ordered, I had to wait about 5 minutes for my food but I was thankful that it was fresh made.

It was nice quite and clean. The employees was professional and dressed in clean neat uniforms. I got my food in a timely manner got and fresh. I would return.

I only get to come to this location twice a week on Friday or Saturday night. And every single time their system has been down and cant order at all multiple times or they are cash only or one time they flat out told me they just weren't taking any more orders. But tonight they told me they are only doing uber eats so me in the line of cars had to go somewhere else.

I don't believe it qualifies as 24 hours if it becomes doordash only late night
The manager needs to train their people CUSTOMER SERVICE is key. Also your associates are always on their phones, No hairnets, give the customer time to order without being rushed. The one specific person is the little girl at the window with I believe orangish braided hair... She needs training in CUSTOMER Service
