I ordered 2 double slidere, 5 mozzarella sticks, and 2 large drinks. I recieved 2 soiled burgers with no sauce on them, the 5 mozzarella sticks, and 1 medium spoiled drink.

Why can’t I ever get hot fresh fries or onion chips?? Always cold and hard. And the 2 double cheeseburgers we got had pickles on them after requesting they be removed. Buns were hard on top and the bottoms were literally soaking wet with onion juice.

I am so pissed off. I literally just left here for the second time and if I went back it would be the third time. I went back because I asked for two doubles one with no onions and one with. What do I get two doubles with regular cheese and bacon. I don't eat pork for one. For two when I originally ordered the lady was not responsive when speaking to her. And then you give me the wrong food. So then I go back tell them what happen the Manager who has on a totally same exact uniform as the others tells me after asking to speak with the manager he is the manager. Food gets remade all for my burger to be bent backwards and soggy. So I go right back in and at this point I had to yell that I wanted my food made right and why should I have to pay for food and get it sloppy. This is just too much. You tell me I don't have to yell and offer me the money back but I insist I want the food. I get the food and after the fourth time it's still soggy tastes horribly. Attached the pictures. The dough from the bread soggy bread was dissembled again.
