Nothing you can say about White Castle.But it is good fish sandwiches.Double cheeseburger and don't forget they serve breakfast all day.Sausage egg and cheese you can't beat it

This has got to be the slowest drive thru in all of Indianapolis. Definitely a lack of leadership/training here.

I tried ordering on line with Crave Nation I was unable the workers couldn't help either, I ordered 2 dbl cheese and a Gooey Butter Dessert they didn't have...I shall return The cashier was Helpful and Friendly

The food was great as usual, the staff member was very pleasant, but the fact that White Castle now have a sliding door for the employee leave through to deliver food to the customer, just don't sit well with me. The is unsafe for the employees! Go back to the old way, the window!

The cookie machine was out of almost every flavor! Regular Coke only, nothing diet or sugar free in anything.
No fresh brewed tea, only the crap that is in the empty coke machine.
Crummy service, had to remind them to give me the cup for my drink. Mind you, I was the only customer in there.
Every time I visit this location the service gets worse and worse.

Waited ice 6 minutes in drive through before order was even taken. Then is was answered with “what else” after each order. When done the total was given so fast I didn’t hear it. No thank you, come back or anything. When I got my order it was not complete. I said thank you to no response at al. They just closed the window. My order was shorted got no fries. Very poor customer service or any service at all. I will not be stopping here anymore. This all goes right back to management and it should be changed.

I'm so confused with this White Castle. They used to be so good, and the food is normally good... when they don't mess up the entire order. I just got back from one of the worst experiences there. I love White Castle and have given this location so many chances, but it's just gotten worse and worse every visit. I'm used to the poor customer service here because, let's be real, It's East Washington St. If you want your order even remotely right, you have to break it down to the person taking your order, that is, if you can even hear them over the speaker because it's so quiet. I ordered in my exact words "A #3 the chicken ring slider MEAL with a Hi-C Fruit Punch, small onion fry, and 2 ranches please." They proceeded to forget my fry get mad and stomp off and stare at me through the window when I corrected them then try to charge me an extra like what $2.75 I think they said for the fry? Then, when I showed them the receipt, the poor lady (basically the only one doing their job properly) had to yell at them to just give me the fry! Not only did they overcharge me (then proceeded to try and charge me some more), ignore me, but give me one of the worst customer service experiences possible. The food was good once corrected, tho. If anyone from management or anywhere higher up sees this, please restaff almost this entire location. Every person I've come in contact with except the woman who fixed my order tonight is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, needs retrained, and just overall a reality check. Someone, please fix this location. They desperately need all the help they can get. And for any customer reading this, don't be scared to report an employee, take pictures, and take down their names because something needs to be done!
