Just left. Waited till 7:15 . AM. Ordered and drove up to pay.there are no employees. No one is working. This is 2nd time this location jerks me around. Last time I came here my order was wrong and took almost 30 minutes to get . I was only person in line!!!! The food was good tho.

I don't think I'll ever show back up there very very unprofessional I ordered two White Castle hamburgers and they were hard and crunchy like crackers you could tell they were old the bread and the meat I called and they answered the phone when I told them what happened they wouldn't say anything and hung up so I called corporate they told me they'd have someone to call me back they never did don't go there horrible service

Very disappointed in this “new” location. The AI bot that is used to take orders takes too long and will get your order wrong. Don’t think I will ever come back. I’d rather talk to a real person.

Whoever was the lady at the window she was very polite and professional the first time I came she was very nice and when I came back because someone forgot to put my mozzarella sticks in the bag she was very patient and made sure the mozzarella sticks were cooked fresh for me I truly appreciate that small gesture especially since I’ve experienced wayyyyy worse treatment when coming back to other drive thrus for a messed up order thank you to her
