II was in the mood so I stopped by on June 2nd 2025 went through the drive through and I have to say had the best experience I've ever had at White Castle The employee that took my order was the most polite person I think that has ever taken my order of all time but thats not all .The food was perfect the fries were hot and crispy and the hamburgers were fresh of the grill the were piping hot the way that everyone likes to get their food from any drive through so Im writing this review and saying thanks for the best service that Ive ever had at the Castle

3 of the 4 sliders had such soggy buns i had to remove them to eat them. Didn't notice until I was too far away to return. This was a first as this location has been very good until today.

This was not the quality I expect from White Castle. The onion chips were greasy and not fresh, and the mac and cheese nibblers tasted like they pulled them out of the fryer too early. I still like White Castle - but I won't go back to this location.

I recently tried White Castle for the first time, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. I had heard a lot about their sliders, so I was excited to finally give them a try. However, when my order arrived, I was let down. The sliders were soggy and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. Instead of the juicy, savory taste I expected, they were bland and almost lifeless.
On the positive side, the lady who took my order was incredibly kind and friendly, which I appreciated. She was patient and welcoming, making the experience start off on a good note. However, when I went to pick up my food, the experience took an uncomfortable turn. The guy handing over my order looked at me and bluntly asked, “Are you not going to tip?” I was taken aback—no one has ever asked me that so directly before, especially in a fast-food setting. It felt a bit out of place and left me feeling uncomfortable.
Overall, my visit to White Castle was disappointing. The food fell short of the hype, and the awkward interaction soured the experience further. I was hoping for a memorable meal, but sadly, it wasn’t one I’d want to repeat.
