Just arrived at White Castle 9/13/25 at around 8pm. Drove over 30 mins to get here. I was informed of the system being down. I let the black lady working know, I came a long way & was very hungry & ask for any complimentary food. She said no very rude. I didn’t expect free food, but I did expect some level of empathy.

They can't make a simple order with two sliders. Shouldn't be working anywhere if you are unable to do that simple task. It's not hard to look at a screen and produce what it says......

This was my first time trying White Castle! The 1921 Sliders were pretty good and way better than the frozen sliders that were sold in Costco! Chicken slider was also not bad. The fries are seasoned well but I wish they were thicker crinkle cut. I think for the price it seems a little pricey but

II was in the mood so I stopped by on June 2nd 2025 went through the drive through and I have to say had the best experience I've ever had at White Castle The employee that took my order was the most polite person I think that has ever taken my order of all time but thats not all .The food was perfect the fries were hot and crispy and the hamburgers were fresh of the grill the were piping hot the way that everyone likes to get their food from any drive through so Im writing this review and saying thanks for the best service that Ive ever had at the Castle
