I'm a regular here. I generally have good service. I always ask is the coffee hot before I pay and warn if it isn't I'm going to return. Well I met employee number #963 who said he was the manager. When I returned and told himy coffee was t warm his little nasty attitude self gotad at me and refunded my order. I won't return again and I'ma make sure whoever own this building know who #963 is to keeping a good repore within the community that pay your check. He need to be reviewed by those cameras and sent home for good.

Terrible place they don't wash they hands there is flies that land on your burger while there been prepared employees cough near your food general manager is a horrible person bad manners need to fire him

The people working here work extremely hard to get your order right the food was really good quality and prepared, hot and fresh. However, the dining room could use some help with cleanliness.

Got a 30 crave case, even with the time of day it came out quickly. Burgers were properly done and was a good classic White Castle.

As this was supposed to be my first time ever to try and enjoy White Castle the three employees (1 female 2 male) made sure it wasn't. As we waited to get served mind you this was a completely empty restaurant and no in the drive through. They all look at us and continued to talk amongst themselves, and not serve us. The inside of the store also smelled like garbage that needed to been thrown out but as it was more important to talk when there shift ends. Worse is I'm here on vacation from Canada, make sense why there not in the Canadian market with poor customer service like that!

We needed a snack and stopped by for some sliders. They served both as a great snack and tasted good.
They might not be for everyone but I do enjoy some white castle sliders.
Overall stop for a greasy slider if that is your thing.

Just arrived at White Castle 9/13/25 at around 8pm. Drove over 30 mins to get here. I was informed of the system being down. I let the black lady working know, I came a long way & was very hungry & ask for any complimentary food. She said no very rude. I didn’t expect free food, but I did expect some level of empathy.
They can't make a simple order with two sliders. Shouldn't be working anywhere if you are unable to do that simple task. It's not hard to look at a screen and produce what it says......
I wanted some breakfast food around 9 o’clock at night, but they said they’re not serving breakfast at this time because of their fryers were down. This is the second time that I could not receive breakfast at any time like the sign says..
