3 of the 4 sliders had such soggy buns i had to remove them to eat them. Didn't notice until I was too far away to return. This was a first as this location has been very good until today.

This was not the quality I expect from White Castle. The onion chips were greasy and not fresh, and the mac and cheese nibblers tasted like they pulled them out of the fryer too early. I still like White Castle - but I won't go back to this location.

Theory drive thru open near 86th and Michigan Rd at 11m. New garlic cheese tasted like oil. Fries were lukewarm with no seasoned salt on them (as requested), sliders had no extra pickles (as requested).
