3/23/2024We are from South Texas and ended up pulling a Harold and Kumar for White Castle in Indianapolis on a charter bus after hours. We had 43 high schoolers who were dying to try White Castle for their time. After 2 other locations not allowing us to come in or at least talk to us, the Shelby St location were the only ones that showed us some compassion. They were the ONLY ones willing to open their doors for us after their lobby was closed and allow our kiddos to place their to-go orders. That crew was AWESOME and COURTEOUS to us even though they were still working the drive-thru and down to just a few employees at the time. These kids had a wonderful time as some enjoyed their White Castle sliders right away on the bus ride, and others waited to get back to the hotel. A BIG SHOUT OUT to the Saturday (3/23) night crew.? KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!?- Your new friends from South Texas
