The white manager Nina has absolutely no customer service skills. The rest of the employees are very kind . How are your workers demonstrating better work ethic . It’s takes absolutely zero effect to be kind and respectful you never know what someone is going through .

The burgers are so good! But anything fried is gross I don't believe the oil is changed enough so it has a bitter aftertaste on all the fried food.

Ordered 30 burgers online, not sure why. App told me they would be ready in 20 minutes, showed up in 30 to ensure they had plenty of time to make them and they hadn't even started them?? What's the point of ordering ahead. Took another 15 minutes to complete the order.

Dirty restaurant, the workers seemingly don’t care by making you wait 20-30 minutes for an order that was already cooked. And even then, the ‘cooked’ food itself never seems cooked ! 0/10 this place sucks.
