This is the white castle I go to, and I go once every other week or so. A month or so ago they implemented an AI drive through person (Julia, I believe). I absolutely love it. Being able to not have to worry about interacting with someone, feeling no pressure, and I get a much better experience. Well I come today, and I get a poor attitude, and have to state my order multiple times do to communication being difficult through the headset or something. Idk. But I would be happy...

White Castle “100 years old and still great”

I was at white castle 86 Castleton bout 1am excellent service hot food.
Take note never never go to 38 keystone white castle...service horrible didn't get food. The employee made us wait over 15mins she was taking one car get to window sit wait 15mins then the car at window sitting at window to order bad for business n rude avoid that 38th and keystone location.
