my friend was there to but impossible burgers. 1st time it had cheese she didn't ask for. 2nd time we were given someone else's order. 3rd time, new burgers had cheese on them too🙄🫣
This is the white castle I go to, and I go once every other week or so. A month or so ago they implemented an AI drive through person (Julia, I believe). I absolutely love it. Being able to not have to worry about interacting with someone, feeling no pressure, and I get a much better experience. Well I come today, and I get a poor attitude, and have to state my order multiple times do to communication being difficult through the headset or something. Idk. But I would be happy...
