Valentine's Day at White Castle is such a unique and wonderful experience. It also happens to be our anniversary :) My family has attended for several years and will continue to make Valentine's Day at White Castle an annual tradition. The staff at the West Washington White Castle were so attentive and sweet! They make the experience worthwhile to drive farther to dine at this location. They even remembered us from last year. We plan to make this our preferred location for our Valentine's Day/Anniversary family date!

I'm very disappointed in what start working around 8pm on 1-27-25 claiming someones lying about being allergic to dairy products, it ain't them missing out on a day worth of pay especially when that day gets spent dealing with the hospital. The manager or whoever was working today on Wednesday February 5th 2025 told me to get out after a man given me his fries, people living outta their car have the right to ask for help!
I'm sitting at my table with my daughter and what I think is the manager and employee being reprimanded out in the lobby in front of me you don't do that take him to your office That's very disrespectful

Service was fine. Food was terrible. Got 10 sliders and the buns were all soggy, I couldn't even finish them. Fries were sufficient and service was standard at the window so they get some credit there. Went in to use the restroom and the floors weren't clean, bathroom was in rough shape.
Overall not a good fost food place 👎at least this location anyways
