Ordered online they forgot Two orders of fries. Didn’t notice till got home, so went back to get fries with receipts and pictures of order. Kay had a packed the order then refused to give the missing items. She proceeded to call the cops because they wouldn’t give fries or refund the items. Trespassed off the property (got fries but they left this in the bag)

Ordered online 25 wing meal deal special..said 15 to 17 minutes..got there in 10 waited 5 or 10 more, got my drinks and left..stupid me not checking the bag..get home to cold hard frys smallest wings I've ever seen from here and mo ranch at all period..smh..we won't be back!! This store needs shut down!!

Today I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, they had only given me half of it, there was no more chicken, the worker said, so I told her to cancel my order and she was very rude and did not want to cancel, she took away my food and did not return my order. money, I don't know why they hire people who don't like their work, terrible service.

I ordered a delivery, and I never received it and I still got charged for t, called the store numerous times, and nobody ever answers the pone, very bad customer service, don't recommend till they can fix there problems

i don’t know who answers the phone in there but maybe put them on cleaning duty because talking to customers is not their specialty. go clean some tables then fix ur trash attitude. appreciate it.

I went there to get bone in wings and the lady just placed my order with boneless wings and gets loud at the counter. They are rude and ratchet i would recommend to avoid at all costs
This place is extremely rude and ghetto! We went in Friday night, there were multiple customers waiting to receive their orders as well as have their orders taken. Then, an employee comes up and says "CLEARLY WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS"!!! AS RUDE AS SHE COULD BE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNCARING OF CUSTOMER NEEDS!!
