The night crew that made my meal for two on November 23, need a raise ASAP!!! This was the best batch of Wingstop I’ve ever had in my life. They did not miss with any type of seasoning and freshness. They really did their big one with this, Thank you♥️

Stole my money!!! I placed an online order for pickup at 10:52pm. I arrive at the same time as another customer and the doors are locked. I called and no one answered the day of and the day after. So I go in the next day and speak to a lady at the counter. She takes down my name, my phone number and my order number and states that they will issue a refund and explains that the reason why they were closed early was due to a technical issue. I said OK did as she asked and left. It’s been two weeks and still no refund.

This location is rude as hell. I noticed there wasn’t any fry seasoning on my fries I asked for some seasoning and the dude charged me almost $2 for it. Like what the hell is that. How are you charging me for something that’s already supposed to be free?!?

Went to this Wing stop on this evening 06/29/2025 and let me tell you this place is scandalous they have no respect for their customers. They are very very rude, I Ordered a 20 piece classic bone in and and-simply asked for a small fry and a five piece Cajun corn as add ons for my order while ordering it slipped my mind, I was intended to order The voodoo I went right back to the counter before the order was even started and asked if I could get the voodoo fries instead I expressed to the young man that it was truly my fault and that it slipped my mind so I asked was there an up charge for this and the young lady that answered me back or shall I say answer me back through the gentleman that asked the question for me she said she gonna get what she paid for nah we not doing that! I was shook to my core It was only a simple question and she did not have to be rude. I was willing to pay the up charge is necessary, but what I was told well I would have to order another whole order of fries If that’s what I want and if I want those for it to be voodoo, I will have to pay the full price for that.
This young lady that works there with the red long braids does not know how to talk to people she is not seasoned enough to handle the Customer flow that’s coming in. She was rude to other customers there was a guy that came in and asked for a ranch packet/sauce for his order. She’s asking him did he order that and I he told her no and then she goes off on him and saying that we normally don’t do this it cost $1.62 so she gave him the ranch but with an attitude And told him that the next time he ordered it needs to be included in the order.
that came in as well and I witnessed In the midst of all this chaos, her friends are coming in and she’s giving away free food and free drinks to these friends and other customers are coming in She was rude to them as well I get home. I have grease galore. I have no flats in my order. I don’t have all of the flavors that I ordered and the fries were just horrendous. And by the way, I ordered for this to be cooked extra crispy and this did not get cooked extra crispy instead I got grease galore. horrendous. Also, the Cajun corn is hard. Taste is old and too over season. It’s bike, hot, hot more hot than normal. This is ridiculous. I paid over $30 For my order, this should not be tolerated. No customer wants to come in and pay for that customer service and get the wrong order or not all of the order or the right order in the way that it was ordered and also be asked to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to get the wrong order or not all of the order done right this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
I would like to add that the gentleman that help me this evening who took my order was nice and caring he needs a raise. He understands customer service. As for the overall experience, I will never ever ever come into this place of business to eat or to order in or even go online and order from this place of business that’s a no go for me.

Tried this place since I've been getting baby chick sized wings from BW3s lately but atleast BW3s has flavor. The mild wings had no sauce like someone put a bottle of Buffalo sauce next to it then brushed it with paprika instead. The lemon pepper tasted like they put lemon oil or a ton of lemon zest in with some margarine with a couple grains of pepper. It had none of the acidity that makes lemon pepper seasoning so good. The garlic parmesan was swimming in oil but being coated in parmesan cheese wasn't enough to save it from being bland. The only wings I had that were salted enough was the Korean BBQ and the Cajun and Id bet that's only because Cajun seasoning almost always comes with salt added and the Korean BBQ has the soy sauce. It's like the owners haven't tasted the food at all. At least the wings were a decent size and not overcooked.

Please pray to whatever you believe in that you never have an issue with your order. It took over an hour, 2 trips in to the store, 2 people from Doordash, and 1 person from corporate Wingstop for us to get our order. They will not answer the phone and they won't fix anything until you've called everyone but their Mom. Never again.

Came through after a long day of work, and both cashiers, Johntezz and Moentez welcomed me with such a good attitude…you would’ve thought I walked into chick-fil-a during a slow day. Excellent service, and excellent food. Never tried Wingstop before but their sweet chili glaze is something to always come back to. Thanks again to the two cashiers that recommended me such a delicious dish. Fries were a little too thick for my liking but the wings definitely A-1. Definitely will be coming back again
