Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.
Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.
This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.
Showed up at this establishment 45 min before close. The workers let us know that they are not taking orders. Why wouldn't you be taking orders when it is almost an hour before close?

I should have checked reviews before I ordered. Traditional wings were overcooked. Awful. Didn’t eat it. The fries were cold. Boneless were less overcooked than traditional, but still dry and awful. 4 piece tender were the best, but 2 were small and overcooked, 2were good. Manager was offended when I noticed the sauces were incorrect. Terrible start to finish. $30 for 2 edible tenders. Just bad.

I ordered from Wingstop and was really disappointed with what I got. The wings looked poorly prepared — several pieces were overcooked, dry, and didn’t have much sauce or seasoning on them. The portion size was also underwhelming, and some pieces didn’t even look like full wings, more like scraps.
For a place that’s known for flavor and crispy wings, this was a letdown. I expected juicy, well-seasoned wings, but instead got dry, unevenly cooked ones that didn’t have much taste. Honestly, these don’t look appetizing at all, and it makes me question the quality and consistency of the food here.
I probably won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon unless things improve.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
I placed an online order using a promo code that was supposed to give me five free wings with my purchase. However, instead of applying the promotion, the system charged me for an extra set of wings, bringing my total to around $13. When I arrived to pick up my order, I presented my email receipt to the male staff member at the counter and explained the issue. He looked at me and said I didn’t place my order online, which was not only incorrect but dismissive, especially since he had just brought out my order. After some back-and-forth, he went to the back to get the manager. The female manager came to the counter, and I calmly explained the situation again. She immediately began shaking her head No, No, No and insisted I had not ordered online. When I showed her my email receipt, she told me I could take my 10 wings and leave the store because I wasn’t getting anything for free. I told her that under the circumstances, I didn’t want the food at all and would prefer a refund. She refused, stating she would have to shut down the entire system and reboot it to process a refund, which she was unwilling to do. Instead, she told me to come back the next day for a refund. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. In the end, I left the store without my refund or my food, feeling completely disrespected and unheard. This experience was unacceptable. I was treated with no courtesy, no accountability, and no effort to resolve a valid issue
