I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

I should’ve just went to Sam’s club, whoever was in charge of the food this afternoon need to be fired. How my hot honey rub have sooo much oil and no rub, my voodoo fried were so flavorless and dry. I had to even put my damn wings in my own air fryer b/c they were soft and oily?

EVERYTIME I got into the wingstop on 82 it’s always something you either wait along time even after putting order in online or they don’t have ice or cups or no fountain drinks like seriously get it together everybody always standing on phones not cleaning not nothing just there big disappointment

Awful. Chicken was greasy. Cheese fries weren’t cooked enough and were soggy. Didn’t fulfill all of my order. Service is sub par at best. Lady that came to counter acted as though she’d rather be doing anything but having to hand us the bag of food from behind the counter. Will not be back. If I could leave a negative star I would. Buffalo Wild Wings chicken is way better than this. Disgusting.

Please don’t waste your time going here. The fountain drinks aren’t clean, or don’t work 90% of the time. Back in August I went to this location and witnessed the staff members cleaning their floors barefoot while going back to fulfill orders. Go anywhere else but here.

Ordered online, walked in to grab my food. The worker took back a return order from another customer that was made incorrectly, handled the register, and then went straight to the refrigerator stuck his hands in the bucket of raw chicken and handled the chicken raw and then using containers etc touching all over. I was completely disgusted and asked for a refund, this within itself was a hassle. They told me they are not allowed to wear gloves!!!!!!!
Lies!!!!!!!!!! I will never eat at a Wingstop again.

While waiting for my food at this location, another guest and I watched the gentleman preparing wings reach into a box of raw chicken without gloves to grab wings for the fryer. He then began touching other pieces of food production equipment and the styrofoam containers for orders. The lady in front of me asked for a refund. In complete disgust I walked out on my order without refund. I am not a health code expert, but I can only imagine spreading touching raw chicken without gloves is a violation of health codes. Supplementally, I would like to believe preparing to go orders with dirty hands is a violation of health code. I will never go back to this restaurant.

I ordered a combo online. When I got to the store in Castleton an Indian woman gave me my food and turned away to take someone else's order. I asked her for my cup for the drink. She said our fountain drink machine is down and turned away. I looked at the fountain drink machine and then I said well can you at least give me a bottle water. She hesitated and then said yes and gave me a bottle water. This is the type of service you receive when the staff is full of people that have no customer service skills. I am not sure who owns this location but the owner should be ashamed of themselves for the lack service in this store.

I witnessed an employee come in from outside, go straight into the kitchen, make himself some fries with ranch, and then head back outside without washing his hands. Meanwhile, another employee was preparing orders with a blue Band-Aid on his index finger but no gloves on. I didn’t have the energy to address it, so I just threw away my order and went home. If such poor sanitation is happening right in front of customers in an open kitchen, I can't imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

Wings were awesome, but the fries were WAY to salty. It was standing room only with only 2 tables at this location. Crowded and loud.
