I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
I gave it 3 tries and I've decided this place just isn't very good. The wings just taste like grease, the mild Buffalo sauce is bland and tastes weird, and the prices are just not worth it. I had decent service each time though.
Big question: is it good food? Yeah, it's good. The 3 stars is because I walked in and ordered just fine when a black family behind me was told to order online. They asked for a reason and they were just told "sometimes it's like that." It could be a coincidence or a system issue that cleared up, but that's pretty weird that the staff gave no further explanation for that.
