I don't even know where to start. Ordered take out and had to wait. Employee was not friendly. I asked for my cup and went to get my drink and the drink station was trashed and their table cleaning bucket was sitting right next to it and by the napkins, straws,etc. I shouldn't have to reach over it to get anything. The floor was covered in trash. There was an employee sitting on a chair sweeping under a table. *Be very cautious if you order food delivery. A Dasher came in and she was told it would be a minute. She was given a sack and the sticker was on the bag but not sealing it. She asked if the drink was in it and the girl handed her a cup and walked away. She was shocked. She made a comment about it not being her job and she was not supposed to handle the food or drinks like that. They ignored her and she said she was texting the customer.
We will not be going back nor will we order delivery. We should have requested a refund and went somewhere else.

place is a joke! It's trashy. Staff are rude. No urgency to get food made and ready for people waiting. I don't know why I still get food for my daughter from this location or at all. I'd rather drive an hour away than drive 10 mins to this location

they wanna blame door dash for their mistakes. its the their job to make sure the food is all there, NOT door dash.i wont be getting door dash from this place again since wing stop cant make sure the order is all there.this is the 3rd time its happen, there wont be a 4th

This is the absolute worst location for a brand that struggles with guest service in general anyway. Tried to take advantage of their free sandwich day and their app screwed me out of that discount. Couldn't cancel the order in the app and was told to call the store. Called multiple times with no answer. Drove in to tell them I just needed them to cancel it so I could resubmit it and use the discount. They played dumb like they couldn't help and told me to call the corporate number. They could not have cared less.

Just came in on a busy night. I was fine didn’t mind waiting. The girl up front with the long hair and glasses ignored me 3 times when I asked her about my food. Mind you it said it was ready on the board. She kept going back and not checking till I finally asked and said “isn’t mine ready.” Nearly threw the bag at me. Disrespectful and felt like an inconvenience. Extremely disappointed.

I called 10 times no answer. Husband called 3 no answer. We are missing 2nd our items… I would like a refund. 0/10 never ordering from here again. I would rather drive/ ask for delivery from Avon.

My boyfriend and I frequent this Wingstop, and have never really had any issues. On our last visit, we left with the wrong carry-out order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right when we called to let them know. They truly take care of their customers here at this location!

Probably just not going to buy from here anymore. They have messed up something on my past several orders (shorting several wings, not adding hardly any sauce at all, missing items, etc.) and the service is terrible both in person (the cashier literally just stared me down and didnt say anything not even a hello when i walked in or even a smile just a blank stare) and over the phone where they kinda act like it was my fault I got shorted items because I didnt look into the SEALED bag they gave me and count out every single individual wing and fry i ordered before I left.

My husband has waited over a hour for a pickup order and the smart ass black guy answered the phone when I call the restaurant to ask how much longer he said 30 more minutes boss lady..I am pissed we will not be back and we deserve a refund..And he gave us a brownie for waiting over a hour nice place to start a business

Not enough kitchen staff for a busy kitchen. Delivery orders had priority over people waiting for take out. Told my order took a long time for fresh fries, and got lukewarm fries. Very disappointed.
