hello , just saw a review about the girl with an butterfly tattoo on her neck , she always washes her hands i’ve never seen her not wash them , when i’ve came into the establishment , so that’s not true , she’s actually very nice and has great costumer service .

If you see this teenager behind the desk with the butterfly tattoo on her neck please dont eat .. I watched her make food no gloves and when I said something she said she “ washes her hands “ 😔 . Which confused me cause I was in there for 10 minutes and didn’t see her wash her hands not once
Over the last year this location has went to the bottom of the hill, which used to be a decent spot. Always wait an hour past pickup time for cold food and crappy service. I've had rotting celery, and food upside down in the bag. Owner needs to step up and figure out the staffing issue!!! This was the fourth terrible experience and will go spend $60 at another location from now on. All this with the easiest MENU... wings, fries, corn, cooked to order lol

I don't even know where to start. Ordered take out and had to wait. Employee was not friendly. I asked for my cup and went to get my drink and the drink station was trashed and their table cleaning bucket was sitting right next to it and by the napkins, straws,etc. I shouldn't have to reach over it to get anything. The floor was covered in trash. There was an employee sitting on a chair sweeping under a table. *Be very cautious if you order food delivery. A Dasher came in and she was told it would be a minute. She was given a sack and the sticker was on the bag but not sealing it. She asked if the drink was in it and the girl handed her a cup and walked away. She was shocked. She made a comment about it not being her job and she was not supposed to handle the food or drinks like that. They ignored her and she said she was texting the customer. We will not be going back nor will we order delivery. We should have requested a refund and went somewhere else.
