Ordered wingstop and it’s watery???

Tried WingStop for the first time at this location and for some reason they didn’t get my order I placed online so I reordered it there in the shop and went home only to find out the fries were cold and soft. They forgot sauce on the mild boneless wings (I meant to order traditional so the disappointment was real). Called them to get refunded for fries and the boneless wings that didn’t have sauce. Wouldn’t answer their phone. Called corporate to get my money back that Monday and corporate never resolved this or tried to refund me or even called back. Will never try this location again. Staff members were nice though. I’m told the best location is 10th street.

Last week, I had to order 7 wings to get the boneless wing deal. This week, I had to order 10.

This inconsistency needs to properly managed.

The store opens at 11:00. Why do I have to wait for the manager to reconcile the cash drawer at 11:30, before I can order my food? And then be forced to pay more than what I was told my prior visit for food before I start an 8 hour shift,doing physical and mental labor?!

These small things matter.

Please turn on the lights in the eating area while I'm eating. It looks like a horror movie in here.

Food was great, employees were prompt and polite, the restaurant itself was not as clean as I would like and the drink holders submerged in oil. Overall it was a good experience.

Absolutely ridiculous how they did not properly prepare for superbowl weekend...I'm not saying it's their fault directly i understand it was very busy but someone set their staff up for failure. I placed an online order waited 30 mins to pick it up and was told that it would be ANOTHER 45-1 HOUR....and then they couldn't refund me in the restaurant said to do it online so I did and I haven't heard anything back that way either. If I don't get my money back or some sort of communication I'll take my complaint up with BBB. I know it was a lot but there was no system to anything they were doing.

Ordered wings and tenders on one of the busiest days of the year yesterday. Your staff was fast and effecient on setting up a to go station. We had to wait a little, which we expected with super bowl Sunday, and the manager offered complimentary pop for the wait. I know yesterday was stressful for everyone but I think you guys did a great job!

Terrible service my order was cancelled and I have yet to receive a refund! The corporate office is no help the customer service line is crap and the employees were very disrespectful and not helpful at all. They basically robbed me they took my money and said they don’t have NOTHING FOR ME. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my $102 refund or any food.

I called the corporate office three times, they make a note of the call and then again nothing is resolved and I still don’t have my refund. TERRIBLE.

Do not order from here. They charged my card for $30 and said the order would be ready in 20 minutes I waited 40 minutes for them to they can’t give me a refund. Horrible store

The workers are rude ass hell I walked in today to order me and my daughter some food they didn’t acknowledge me when I came in no one took my order no one said anything to me meanwhile the other in the back on the phone while the lobby is full of people won’t ever come back to this location ever again

I'm only giving 1 star because I have too, other than that I would give -100 the service was very poor I ordered online and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes, not to mention when I finally did get my food, I was missing 4 ranch and the lady had an attitude about it saying you get what u paid for but obviously I had already paid for 4 ranches and she still acted as if she didn't want to give me my sauces. The lady was very rude to me and I'm not sure why I go to this location a lot so I was not expecting that at all. If you want fresh food with all the right items do not go to this location the service is ass just like the workers!
