When I tell you Darien is so amazing with the recommendation for the hot honey rub. EVERYTHING was delicious!!! I do not know who was working with him but, the best staff I have ever experienced. So pleased, they did an amazing job for a busy Saturday night.

Part of my order was missing. They did not have a functional phone to call and get a partial refund. Had no choice but to come back. Asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and was told they can’t guarantee that. And to add to it, when I got back home with my missing food, none of the wings that were supposed to have dry rub had any seasoning at all.

TERRIBLE customer service. The woman that dresses as a man has a horrendous attitude. Every customer that I ever encountered that came in was extremely polite and she was very rude to everyone who entered the establishment. Unfortunately I will never be returning to this location and I sincerely hope this is addressed. Be blessed.

The people who work here don’t seem like they know what they are doing.
We ordered online and when we went to pick it up, they only gave us one bag, we realized that it was supposed to be 2 bags and some food items where missing and when we returned to get the second bag, they claimed they didn’t have it and they can’t find it. Basically insinuating that we are liars and everything was in the bag. Worst customer service ever in this place. It’s always a problem.

If you're reading this, please do not waste your time and money going to this location (Georgetown road). The food is good but the customer service is HORRENDOUS, they don't get your food out in a timely manner, and they won't hesitate to give your food away to someone else, even though the name for the orders are ON THE BAG. The workers also seem to have an attitude regardless of the fact that THEY are in the wrong. I'd highly advise everyone to just order from another location.

Ordered online carry out on a Saturday night during college football, fully expected to have to wait, but it was ready right on time (20mins). Food was great, they were generous with the wings and sauce. Just be careful with the bag since fries are kind of sitting in the basket. I’ll definitely order from this location again!
