Ordered online carry out on a Saturday night during college football, fully expected to have to wait, but it was ready right on time (20mins). Food was great, they were generous with the wings and sauce. Just be careful with the bag since fries are kind of sitting in the basket. I’ll definitely order from this location again!
Called 10 times , To cancel/change order. they never answered.

There was a mixup and my order was apparently picked up by someone else. The staff handled it very professionally and made sure it was taken care of for me, despite being very busy. They were great and I will happily return

shout out to the night crew for getting orders out fast. i got my order so quick & was more than happy to get the most perfectly cooked & seasoned fries i’ve ever gotten from wingstop. this location is my favorite to order from because they are so consistent with getting my order right, especially when it’s busy.

This store discriminates between the Black Americans and the Africans. The funny thing is that we all are Africans in case they forget where they from. America is a free country, just because I speak French and a black American lady didn’t like my language, the staff of the store asked me to leave the store. Please what is that called? Super Racism and Huge Discrimination.
I will advise Africans to stop going to the wing stop on Georgetown road.
I wonder why they always think they are superior than the Africans. We all bleed the same blood okay. This is not a white and black racism anymore, this is between Black Americans and Africans. I’m so disappointed. The Wingstop staff just think she has the right to say whatever she likes. Men! You guys should learn some manners and try to travel around the world to understand culture and diversity. It’s a big shame on you guys.

Ordered wingstop and it’s watery???
Tried WingStop for the first time at this location and for some reason they didn’t get my order I placed online so I reordered it there in the shop and went home only to find out the fries were cold and soft. They forgot sauce on the mild boneless wings (I meant to order traditional so the disappointment was real). Called them to get refunded for fries and the boneless wings that didn’t have sauce. Wouldn’t answer their phone. Called corporate to get my money back that Monday and corporate never resolved this or tried to refund me or even called back. Will never try this location again. Staff members were nice though. I’m told the best location is 10th street.

Last week, I had to order 7 wings to get the boneless wing deal. This week, I had to order 10.
This inconsistency needs to properly managed.
The store opens at 11:00. Why do I have to wait for the manager to reconcile the cash drawer at 11:30, before I can order my food? And then be forced to pay more than what I was told my prior visit for food before I start an 8 hour shift, doing physical and mental labor?!
These small things matter.
Please turn on the lights in the eating area while I'm eating. It looks like a horror movie in here.
Food was great, employees were prompt and polite, the restaurant itself was not as clean as I would like and the drink holders submerged in oil. Overall it was a good experience.
