Upon entering, there was a couple waiting to complain to the manager. First red flag. I then ordered my food. As I waited, the lady came back in requesting the manager because there was hair in her food. The manager never came up to address the issue and no one ever apologized. They just said, remake the food. Second red flag. I waited 15 minutes, no food. I go to the counter and the same lady that took my order asked how she could help me. I'm like, I'm waiting on my food. She goes to the back and my ticket wasn't even printed. She grabs the ticket, never washed her hands and starts to make my order from chicken and fries that have been sitting for 20 minutes. She tossed the wings in a bowl that had sauce in it already and placed the bowl back on the rack. That has to be unsanitary. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I had not ate here for about a year because of the poor food and service. On Saturday I gave them another shot. The wings where great and they got my order right! Holy crap I couldn't believe it.

i got doordash ordered from here & got food poisoning. i don't want anything in return just letting yall know.
they forgot my ranch. all of it. I can’t even eat it without the ranch. this is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I cried for so long and whoever did this i hope they know that i cried myself to sleep and woke up the next day and immediately started crying. Actually ruined my entire week. seriously who even does this to someone. this place needs to hire an entire new staff or get shut down i’ve never been so devastated and will remember this for the rest of my life.

This has got to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I placed an order through the app on the 11th here it is the 18th and I still haven’t received my food every time I try to call the store never get nobody on the phone, I wouldn’t order from this restaurant again. If The food was free.

Ordered Doordash. I asked in the notes for my food to be cooked extra time....well it was not! I actually had to put food in the air fryer to add the extra time. Chicken was soft and not crispy at all. My fries were soggy but burnt I don't understand how that's possible but. Bad experience for me I may not ever order this again
