Half of the wings I ordered were setting in a half inch of oil with zero sauce stuck to the wings, I ate one just to see and it tasted like artificial butter. The fries were all a very dark almost back color.The guy that took my order was polite.

Wings were way over cooked manager tried to fix the problem by giving us a new order but these were overcooked as well. Informed the manager that they needed to reduce cook time to get better results. I don’t think hubby and I will return to wingstop again

I’ll never go back!! I ordered a 30 Pack… I ordered 10 Honey Hot, 10 Korean Bbq, 10 Lemon Pepper, Cajun seasoned fries. I asked & payed for extra lemon pepper, I also asked for my wings well done. I get ALL the way home to some soft, barely cooked wings. NO extra lemon pepper, half of tray of fries, no Cajun season! It’s ridiculous that now days you DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I know the owners could care less, but I’ll never go back. I literally had to bake the chicken to finish cooking it. $60 bucks down the drain!

My food was horrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry! It seems to be a common thing for the cooks to not wear gloves in this Wingstop.
I meant to call management the next day I haven’t gotten to it Good thing this is an option I enjoyed mostly the staff I ordered at night on a weekend and the staff were busy and worked together well as a team thru communication and great attitudes and professionalism and customer care was the bonus HIGH FIVE to this

I ordered $40 worth of garbage. The chicken was undercooked, the fries were burnt and nasty, and when I called to my order fixed no one answered the phone. Worst $40 Iever spent. Don’t go!!!!

Jan. 12th 2024....I tried to order a head online so the food would be ready when I got there. It was about 10:45p (they close@ 12am). Online said the store is not taking anymore online orders......I figured I had plenty of time since they close at midnight....when I got to the register. The cook and cashier both were telling me no more orders.... I said don't you close at 12a ? Yes....but you have to order online.....I said I tried that already! The cashier said they couldn't take any orders because it's 11p and she going home and there's no other cashiers. So they couldn't take my order. I told well I guess I have to file a complaint....so customer service will be better....As soon as I walked out of the door she "ran" to the manager's office and I see her laughing (assuming manager's ok with how business in being run and a huge part of the problem) keep in mind this a busy time (Friday night)

I was seriously shocked when waiting to pick up my order that not 1 employee working in the kitchen cooking food had on gloves or hair restraints. I witnessed the young man on the fryer scratching his head and then handling food. I will not ever return.

Literally impossible to get help from the store employees. Couldn't order or pick up order. Employees refused to man the counter and just stared at us from the cook line.Ended up canceling the dash I had been sent on and grabbed one from McDonald's instead
